Hi, Not sure who to ask as i tried the support e-mail twice but no reply.

I requested a payout yesterday morning and it shows on your website as completed but I have not received the funds.

Just some sharing, when you request for payout, u will receive an email for confirmation and u need to click on the link that come with the email to confirm the payment.
 
after confirming the email, the payout process will took a while (like 10-30minute for paypal that i used b4) to receive..

**EDIT** Was able to log in - they now have a "status" page available which shows the status of WWW, API, and Live Dashboard.

I don't see why not, if your brother enters your e-mail address into the miner, it'll mine for you. If he doesn't have your password, he can't see the balance or do much else except mine for you.

Now if you give him your username and your password, (not recommended) then he could see your balance and make his own withdrawals if he wanted.

from two days I am not able to mine XMR and ETN, the miner chooses to mine SUMO but the profit is way lower than in the previous days.

anyone with the same problem? I tried to clear the bench and restart the machines but it does not fix the problem.

When PIRL starts up on my Nvidia card (GTX 770) it reports hashrate several times per second, but about 1 per second is "0.00".

This seems like a ton of hashrate updates to be sending to the live stats page, and the occasional "0" makes the data go wonky.

Totally minor thing, but maybe something to look into when you have the time.

Quick note -
ETH withdrawals - we are not aware of any delays right now. A slight queue was formed due to one transfer transaction gas issue - all is resolved now
BTC withdrawals - very congested Bitcoin network means longer than usual transfer times
Anyone having issues - please reach out to  (contact support [at] winminer.com if you have any issues) we will gladly assist.

Sure - feel free to use as many machines as you want on a single WinMiner account - just make sure each machine has a different name to avoid conflict in the dashboard reporting.

Is the miner stable now? I tried to mine ETN with it and no connection...

works fine - there is a lot of random looking switching/benchmarking/switching back going on here and then and some wierd behaviour when the gpu crashes.

atm you have to nanny it a bit. for me revenue is little less then it was with nicehack, but they may also be because of dumping altcoin value.

The fees (all in all until btc in my wallet) are a bit steep.

Question: How is the current balance calculated .. ? we mine altcoins, so which price is taken, or does winminer basically buy hasing power from the users in order to mine themselves.. it's just unclear to me how that is calculated.

In NH it was pretty clear because we got BTC at the moment of mining - would love to get some detail info about it in WinMiner

Hmm, ETN is not working for me. I should get about 18-20$, but it doesn't even start it's just idle and shows no connection. So I switched to ETN mining directly. Until all problems are solved I'll be mining directly. Hopefully all problems will be over soon and we can benefit from mining with them...

in settings you can activate "show command windows" (or something like that), also make sure the mode is manual and not automatic mining, otherwise it will stop for no reason even on a headless rig.

yesterday i got some algos not mining because the stratum failed to connect (activate command windows, so you can see whats the prob)
