Two questions:

Will WCX tokens have any voting rights (kind of like DICE tokens?)

I assume dividends will be paid out in multiple currencies.  Will they be deposited onto your exchange account and you can withdraw as normal or will they be sent directly to an address that the holder specifies?

Payments from WCX tokens will be deposited into your WCX exchange wallet since they're paid in multiple currencies. No voting rights are planned - we expect to add markets and new coins based on public voting.

Issues with referrals right now?

Referrals are going through smoothly. Please make sure whoever you refer verifies their email for their referral to count. Also that they are:

- using a real email, and not using a disposable email service to register

- not double registering with the same IP

- not signing up through a spam referrer, e.g. through advertising software, ad viewing sites, automation, automated clicks, scripting, etc.

We'll be revealing more information in the days and weeks to come. Security of customer funds and private keys is paramount here – revealing identities of private key (partial) holders may put the security of customer funds and their personal safety at risk in the long run.

The one dividend token I am familiar with is DICE. With this token, the users can store the tokens on an ethereum address in which they control the private key. To receive the dividend, they interact with the smart contract once a quarter and dividend is sent to the address.

With WCX tokens, will we be able to store this token on ETH address we control or will we have to store on the exchange to receive the dividend?

I would like to be able to store the tokens on my own Eth address if possible.

Will dividend payment be passive or will we have to interact with a smart contract once a week to receive payment?

I think the lower fees are nice, and will no doubt be appreciated, but I think the way you guys can 100% standout, is your "awesome customer service" as I believe you put it.

By far the biggest complaint I hear from people in the Crypto world is anytime they have a problem, with a deposit, withdrawal, etc it takes Bittrex, Poloniex, etc sometimes 2-3 weeks to get back to them.  I recently had a problem with a deposit that easily could have been solved in about 2 minutes, and took almost 3 weeks to fix.  

I think pushing or even guaranteeing something along the lines of, "You will have an actual rep look and address your problem with in 12 hours, guaranteed"   Would go a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG way in people giving this site a chance.

Just my two cents though, but already refereed a bunch of people, like the looks and will be buying some in the ICO, so hoping for the best!

You'll receive payment not just in ETH, but in all sorts of digital currencies because the exchange generates fees in all the currencies that are offered for trading.

You'll need more than a ETH address then from WCX holders or are we only talking payment in Erc20 tokens.

I completely agree with the customer support issues that exchanges have, nothing can be more frustrating that withdrawing something and it staying in limbo for days upon days. Will WCX have a dedicated customer support team to resolve issues as they come up? Or a listed turn around time for replies to issues?
