Is Bitcoin's recent rise and altcoins evictions so that when there is a possibility of conversion on August 1 people can get more BTCC? But if they are doing this, whoever does this in the wrong way will lose huge amounts of $, why are they thinking that BTCC can equate to BTC? I'm confused.

I read the blog post about Kraken supporting Bitcoin Cash. I haven't understood right if they intend of giving two coins for one, those who hold btc ?

If you have 1 BTC on Kraken you will have then 1 BTC + 1 BCH on your account and you can even dump your new shitcoin if you find someone who buy it there

More likely you can make better profit if you buy from your BTC now some alt-coins which got dumped for BTC (to get more BCH for dump) - after the copy of their BTC the people will go back to their alt-coins so their prices will go back up and if you are not one of the first dumpers of BCH you might not make any profit out of your free coins (and you lose in addition by selling alt-coins for to low price and buy back at higher price)

bitcoin cash will officially start trading on 1st august.
i will suggest you to wait up to august first week when other exchanges list bitcoin cash (BCH)

Counterpart doesn't support 12 words phrase if that is not being creating on it's platform. I don't think you are not aware of that ecosystem please do some research about that.
