AFAIK They have created an algorithm for that.

I imagine that they calculated an estimated percentage of people wanting to buy or that usually buys, then they extrapolate that amount with people working in crypto and the estimate of NEW people getting in cryptos, so they will get some pretty accurate numbers, is not so difficult, you only need o be creative, and have statistical skills, though that could take months; the project is not revolutionary, but is a VERY clever system, is like a Piramide that constantly rebuilt itself from top to bottom, the ones on top get to the bottom once they got what they want, and the ones below rise in its place, and repeat, it never explodes, it just get bigger, and the bigger, the better for all its participants.
