To be honest I don't think Neo team has anything to apologize for. So called announcement of an announcement is pretty standard marketing strategy and it's not their fault that some people made bad trades based on unverified rumors.

Hi all ,I holding some NEO at Ledger Nano S wallet ,the question is if I loose my ledger or destroy it somehow ,how can I get other accsess to my wallet?

There is no way I think because we can't export the keys. I recommend you to buy another Ledger Nano S (as I do), import the seed from the original one, then you will have a clone from your first Nano S.
You can use both of them, maybe one at work, one at home, or one just as a backup in a safe location.

That's really easy, if you power on the new Ledger Nano S for the first time it asks you to restore or create a new seed, just choose "restore" and put in your 24 words seed, that's it.
The most important thing is to keep this 24 words seed secure on a safe place.

If Poloniex were trading Unicorn Horns. Dragons Teeth and Pixie Dust I still would still not trade with them. There are a huge amount of transactions that get stuck on Poloniex in some sort of no-mans-land for weeks at at a time and Poloniex do nothing about it - just check the chatter on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=420836.2900 .
