If I understand correctly, REAL will buy hotels, then have Portblue run that hotel? Is that right? I wonder if that's a smart strategy, doesn't it mean Portblue is moving their real estate risk exposure to Real investors? Ie if the tourism in a region tanks Portblue can move personnel elsewhere while not having to deal with selling the physical hotel at a loss? But I guess it works both ways, they also won't benefit from higher prices.

They raised those 25K in 9 hours in the presale, now we're at 18K and its been like 2-3 hours which is pretty nice.
I expected the token sale to finish super fast with that big demand in the tokensale. Looks like i was just prolly a few big investors. |

yes. and, when soft cap not reach, they will re-adjust the plan. hope they reach cap in next week. 16 M more to sell. What is a soft cap and a hard cap? Soft cap is normaly the cap with the amount of "investments" the project needs at a minimum to get working. The hard cap is normaly the cap with the maximum "investments" which are possible. If it is for example 100,000 ETH, then the ICO will end automaticly after reaching 100,000 ETH even if there would be still time to invest. And what happens if the soft cap is not reached? they will continue the project even if they will not reach the soft cap. the might be re adjust something of the what they have already planned. but the project will continue. Everything will be fine, there is no need to worry about REAL ICO. Just give it a little time, people will invest and everyone will have nice return from this project  |

ICO isn't finished yet but even if it will not reach soft cap they will deliver the product don't worry, they have already plenty of money to start it, they just need to rebalance the budget

They dont have a softcape anymore. UPDATE: Soft cap was not hit so SOFT CAP = HARD CAP = 100,000 ETH Still 8 days to go  This will be a succesfull ICO! |

Seeing how many ICOs are out there right now, and more to come next month, rising this amount is a HUGE deal, that shows that this project is the best out there, relest didn't go so well, REAL is good to go, but still didn't reach its target cap, so far one can consider REAL a success, so investing now will only make it better. |

The ICO flood will be instoppable for now. Everyone is getting there idea out and is trying to get as much funding as possible. There arent much ICO's that raised as much as REAL is doing now, this means this ICO is good to invest! Solid project and team. Still some time to invest! Do it now  |
