Wealth hording elitists no better than centralized bankers controlling the circulation of fiat. ETN allows for the market expansion of crypto, and this is what you fear. How the fuck are you gonna farm a centralized platform...cloud emulating ETN apps with a thousand different wallets? I'm sure the power costs far outweigh cost incentive. Lemme guess, you'll say that's why ETN will never take off, because large scale mineries won't be applicable, in which I kindly remind you of the 2.2 billion mobile user market. Very true, unlike Bitcoin though, the algo is Asic resistant. Also, the difference between CPU and GPU mining is not huge with Cryptonote. My 6800k is not far off my GTX 1080 hashrate wise. It makes it a bit more fair for all, everyone can mine it, not just those with 10 GPU rigs. I will also be straight on this, PC and phone app. I wanna top up my balance |

Cryptonight algo which is Cryptonote tech. Same as Bytecoin before it was modified to account for the mobile mining. |

It is certainly a valid point to ask for the team to provide public addresses for funds deposited to verify the contributions. Easy to do. I have been in personal contact with Richard through this process and I don't believe this is something they would be resistant to at all. |

In other news, this electroneum, is going viral on facebook, twitter and saw a guy wearing and electroneum TSHIRT. It must be a scam  From what I can see, as an investor I am always looking at why i SHOULD NOT be invested here, but finding it harder and harder. While no one knows the price it will list at, and what will happen the first few weeks, my intunation is telling me just be PATIENT i think. Anything is possible. Has all all the hallmarks to be a little ethereum or someing like that ? I hope the marketing team keep up the good work, the spread its getting, I have never seen with an ICO before. |

Read the whitepaper and this thread but still in doubt.
Will the phone app allow for trading ETH or BTC or will we even be allowed to associate a bank account and transfer money from November onwards?

I'm new to this so pls correct me if I'm wrong.. if electroneum hits 300k users (almost there) and there's an estimated 3 million total active crypto users worldwide isn't that around 1/10th of all the total crypto user base? And if so isn't that insane for a coin that hasn't even been realeased! I must be off here? That can't be right..... can it?

A hard cap is defined as the maximum amount a crowdsale will receive. Most projects set a very high cap that is unlikely to happen. I am not sure what to make of that, perhaps they new with their marketing efforts that are going extremely viral, they were going to expect this sort of VIRAL reation in the first place. I have heard whispers they did learn from another successful ICO marketing team of the tactics to use to ensure maximum exposure during token sales. It sure it creating lots of talk, and good and bad talk, and I think that is probably what they wanted. Meaning Electroneum, in terms of BAD press, as DONALD TRUMP says, bad press is still press, you cannot even pay for. Its still ok. The troll in here is still trying to ruin things, when all people want in here are answers about Electroneum. |
