Does anyone knows how much users other ICOs had in the past?
Im a newbie and have no compareison so other projects.

From what i have seen , Most of them don't even get close to this numbers Most of them dont even have half of electroneum registered users. so what?this coin will first listed on yobit and all of you would facing the serious consequences then Yes, I think so. Who cares. what will happen? the price will go down? ok.....it will go down until the new exchanges , which will come soon after yobit  There is nothing to worry.....i intend to keep the coins for long term, so a 1 week dump means nothing to me. But i don't think yobit will cause problems. Even if it causes , it will be a matter of days  Yeah me too gonna hold it for long term. Keep the coins in personal wallet. |

If Electroneum list on Yobit they've instantly lost all credibility. YoBit is a criminal/cyber mafia exchange that is under the investigation of the Russian Authorities and is linked to cyber crime. I will pull all my money out if they list on that exchange. So I hope they are not that stupid. They need to get listed on a proper exchange

Yobit is only one of many exchanges that they will list electroneum Electroneum will not lose credibility because of exchanges or scammers... The credebility of Electroneum is bound to its team, its development , and its community. if you dont like yobit , then trade on cryptopia o liqui if you are a trader. If you are a holder, then don't worry , when you will decide to trade, electroneum will already be in almost all exchanges I really do not understand what is the philosophy behind this logic !! If you do not want to trade on Yobit then just don't , Yes I agree Yobit is shady but you have your own well to trade there or not no one forced you to trade there , It is clearly there gonna be more exchanges to use therefor you have other options it is not like you are stuck with only one exchange . |

Why would it matter to you if you don't trade there? I don't get it. It is just an exchange you can use, or choose not to use, it will be listed on pretty much every exchange before long, all going well of course. There are many newspapers, retailers and restaurants etc owned or linked to criminals or criminal activity, if you look hard enough then you could link almost anything to it, even our own Governments. So what? To sell all your assets due to an exchange trading it is quite ridiculous. It would be cutting off your nose to spite your face. |

I truly like this platform. Hopefully, it will ger more and more people. ETN is gonna change the game. I experienced positive news so will worth investment so buy now and wait for nov. 1st. Definitely, A big deal.

I wonder what the average user has invested in this, like the people who aren't into cryptocurrency. Most people I know, and many people I have seen online have 500k-2m ETN. With the averages of the number of participants and the total number of ETN distributed, that equals to about 19,000 ETN per person. With that huge discrepancy, I'm kind of excited to see what people think. I'm assuming not everyone who registered for an account has participated in this ICO, but it's just fun to speculate.

Also do you know if we can use other mining software that works using cryptonote or we can only use their software to mine Electroneum? It'll probably be added to minergate pretty quick I imagine. Sure would be glad to have you, will be starting a thread and asking the admins if its ok to post it in here once it's live. it should work with any cryptonote miner like wolf's of the claymore cryptonight miner as it's built off a crypto note algo. Sure minergate, but theyre being heavily accused of share skimming at the moment. Ok I will join on nov 1 if you have it setup a few days earlier let me know so I can create an account. It's funny thing that I bought at early stage when it was 40% bonus. For the same amount of btc I would now accumulate 15% more ETN even with this 10% bonus I just realized this as well even with the 40% bonus I could have got more today If I bought. |

Electroneum is getting more and more interesting by the day. I am new to Bitcointalk and I just replied to a thread and though I would put it here as well. What do you guys think of this analysis? As a student from a second-world country, who has taken a good chunk of my part-time work to invest in it, I would like to give my take on this. This is the first ICO I ever buy into and I did quite some research regarding Electroneum. The reason Electroneum will work is the fact that it can be used for gaming(and of course many other things, but the focus is gaming). Just imaging being able to transfer your rewards from one game to another after you get bored with the former game? So all the money you invest in gaming will stay in gaming and you might have a chance to make more depending on how their API will work. Interestingly enough, we won't be seeing a lot of games around Electroneum anytime soon. It will take a good year before it's well integrated in games and start gaining more and more popularity. So far, they have reached more than 110K registered users at the time of writing and it's probably going to around 280K+ users by the end of the ICO. This looks promising. I did some math yesterday and its averaging at 30K ETN per user. Of course, the mean is really a bad statistical measure and not robust, but just to give an idea, if there are 170K more users who have on average 30000 ETN each, that's already more than 5 Billion and they have already sold 2+ Billions. It might not be a surprise that the whole pool set for the ICO gets sold by 31st October. This would smash a lot of records. Assuming all the 6.3 Billions are sold, we will have a market volume of 6.3 Billion by November. At $0.01, it will have a market cap of $63 Million. Realistically, we can expect it to have a market cap of around $120 Million by end of December, which would be 2x increase. Good for those who want in and out fast. So if you want to have an idea as to why invest in Electroneum, I think this can help you make the jump. So, I think that by end of December, if all goes well, we are looking at at least a 2x increase and 3x for the hopefuls. But as with any other cryptocurrency, we just have to wait and see. :-) There is still time to get 11% bonus on your Electroneum purchase.
