0.5$ ? It's for what. I still remember "Duelbits" are doing some marketing campaign sharing to selected user (who at least inactive) on "Friday Bonus" at least 5$. I got these bonus 5-10x times. 0.5$ If the account was no rank "VIP" or under Bronze (Still can be logic).

However, If these was me with VIP Platinum III. I must say, It's really f*ck up for me.

As I said before, I guess those who get this email are non VIP or Bronze so it's actually not a priority and they have no activity in recent years maybe between 2-3 years
At first the stake team wanted to give $20 to bring users active again but it looked unfair because bronze users with low activity only got a $10 bonus and had to go through KYC well maybe that's the reason they cancel the $20 bonus in the first email and send the 2nd email or maybe they have other reasons such as bonus abuse.

Well, for this one they will get more bonuses based on the VIP level for example, if the platinum account is not active in a few months they will get deposit bonus between $100- $200 and last month one of my friends platinum2 got an $200 for $1000 deposit so actually this bonus has criteria.

This casino have broken laws/tos againts me despite me proving everyting at casino guru complaint that lasted 3 months  their clown support agent have closed the complaint for reason i was rude againts the casino workers? btw i was not rude or anyting he was just looking to find some stupid reason to close it and dont get me refund because the amounth is 10k$+

GPWA probably the best place to look. You would likely want a gaming lawyer in whatever country you are in, that has also dealt with Curacao gambling companies

FYI the courts in Curacao are terrible to deal with on cases of money being owed by gambling sites. We know people that spent years and 6 figures trying to get millions owed from a Curacao site, that just claimed some other entity (in a different country) made an agreement on behalf of their Curacao company and it all went away.

By more active I meant more active on the platform, wagered more, high ranks. Lets say that my rank is not vip, only bronze. I though that if Diamond and Obsidian users return, the would get more than 20 bucks or 50 cents. Are newbies like me the only one who got those "return reward emails" ? Even the best lawyer in the world couldn't help this guy, not even a shrink. He is blaming the site for not taking his KYC for the 3rd time. Yes, he made multiple accounts and doesn't even hide it, blatantly violating the TOS of the site.
Worst of it, he did that to claim giveaways he won from streamers and created new accounts (under streamers affiliate) to claim that win. In other words, bonus abuse at it's best.
Some people really have no brain, making all the mistakes but blaming others.

Haha from the report I heard their VIP level Bronze or lower and without activity in 1-3 years so it's strange if they get $20 + without KYC
In conclusion, in my opinion it is a canceled plan from inviting active again changed to reminded that they have an account in this casino and of course this no impact

I can confirm that I've got new email with correction bonus of 50 cents inside I understand that free money are always good, but going from 20 bucks to 50 cents indeed looks like a bad joke. You wagered $50,000 to reward $5 for being inactive, but this $0.50 offer from stake.com is for accounts that are completely AFK or like never place bets. They give $0.50, which is supposed to be equivalent to $20, I really don't like that way because you get excited for the amount you expected and suddenly change. I agree to Lida that 0.5$ better than nothing. I see someone turned in chat 0.5$ turn 30$.
