I cant agree more, I thought that the new VIP tabs give new feature such as a claim button for the weekly and monthly bonus but I was wrong since the weekly is still using link as usual.
Come on stake, I dont think it is hard to add and implement the same claim button as what we have for the reload and rakeback.

Exactly. Nowadays, implemented maybe a half year or a bit more ago, you have to pass some sort of KYC level to be able to see the deposit address. This is to avoid multi accounting but also to satisfy local laws and regulations. Before that you could just register and play instantly but I think, even though I am not a real fan of KYC of course, I think this was a good addition.

There are people who are very good in having multiple accounts on their favorite casinos and use them simultaneously -an action that's forbidden by many casinos so you don't expect these set of casino users to patronize any casino company that requires KYC. Yeah, when the weekly bonuses were distributed, there was a little problem even I failed to claim it several times but after 30 minutes everything seemed back to normal, this is not the first time and always appears after the weekly bonus out I think this is due to a surge in traffic from users at the same time so that a small problem arises. By the way Stake announced via email that a new inhouse game is coming soon and I suspect this launch will come with a bonus, yeah monday is the ideal time to get it.

You’re correct on this one, actual house edge is based on the total loss/profit on all players wager on the casino within a specific period. Casino doesn’t often display the live RTP to the public and just display the theoretical RTP.

Stake.com is totally fraudulent. I've just created my account (My username is esintim), completed KYC process with my ID card and selfie and deposited here 30000 USDT about 3 weeks ago and placed some bets on one of the biggest events, Europe League and won. My balance became 61800 USDT. And after my last won, on the same second they suspended my account without any reason. They sent me an email that they believe that I've breached their terms and I must complete their KYC process till Level 4 (also Level 4 is a must). I've asked them many times about which terms I've breached but they had no answer to give.

Enforcedly I sent them again my selfie with my ID card and a paper which my username and date was written and also I've sent them utility bills and proof of payments for the last 3 months. After a long time, they accepted all these documents but till that day they found different excuses and I've lost 2 weeks. Finally I came to Level 4 KYC and for that they ask for proof of my funds. They asked for my bank statements for last 3 months and I've sent them. Then they didnt accept it and this time they sent me a link which the required documents they accept were written. It was written there title deed or ownership of real estate and tax bills. I've took photo of my title deed and tax bills and sent them but again they didnt accept! I am asking for a reason why they dont accept, what is the reason and they cant give any answer (Plus they answer emails 1 time per 3 days!). This time they said to send them tax returns which I dont have. What is this fraudulent system? Are you an online casino or tax office?

I also noticed the letter words from the picture he uploaded and I asked him his origin as well for clarity because I checked the stake website to confirm first and my thoughts were correct. Although Stake as a casino does not have restrictions on Turkey but some game providers do have restrictions and Turkey happens to be on the ban list of some of the game providers I believe he did not play any of the games with ban /restrictions on Turkey otherwise he would have been greeted with it upon complaining to the casino. Maybe we should wait when stunna comes online, he would attend to his case or he proceeds with his complaints through other channels that are well recognised in the crypto gambling industry.
