Hello Guys, unfortunately I'm having problems with stake.com, they blocked my money (4k euro) without giving any explanations, the support gave me an email because it is not "their department" but no one has answered the email for more than 40 hours.

I cant confirm the actual bonus procedure from Stake, I'm just saying based on what I know but I doubt a user will get a bonus if he do not play at all for too long time. My own case was I did not play for weeks (2-3) and I still get weekly bonus but the amount was about $5 if I remember it correctly.

As far as I know, there's some minimum threshold for the bonuses. It differs based on the rank - if we wanted to do the math we could simply check the differences when we wager x amount in one period vs y in another, assuming the constant, and just looking at the rate of change.

This was due to concern over the lambo raffle, unauthorized raffles are not allowed. We have explained there are no tickets for sale and that it is a giveaway not a raffle and are expecting them to reverse this quickly.

Yes this is what I remember of the issue they had with licensing but that has since been resolved and is no longer a problem with having confidence in using the site.

But The Poster seems to be on a rush , Some cases takes weeks before being resolved and that is the problem about how we need to handle situation .

it is not about scamming but some confirmation needs to be answered , if we are clean then nothing to hide and nothing to rush .

Yes you are right in theory, but is a bit different when they block to you and not to someone else 4000 euro without any explenation, just "your account had been suspended" contact them with email, and 3 day passed and still no reply from them.

As far as I know, the difference between the timeframes is pretty significant in terms of overall reward, though obviously it's significantly more work.

I haven't checked but that implies that you could probably change it to the timeframe you're comfortable with. One problem with the longer duration between reloads is that it reduces your overall rewards: for daily reloads, you effectively always lose out on the 7th day; for hourly reloads, you lose out on the 168th hour; for 10-minute reloads, you lose out on the 1008th claim. These are all assuming maximum claim, of course. I don't think many people are trying to game the VIP system for rewards, considering the expected loss it takes to attain a substantial rank.

Thanks for sharing that, now I understand. The user posting non-sense before was referring to something that happened in November and that it was already solved. Another example of DYOR if anyone here makes any claim.
