I believe crypto-games allows anyone to play without verification BUT if you KYC you get like no speed limits and 2 free levels. Cool like Stake:)
Optional KYC is easily one of the best plus points related to site like Crypto-Games etc. Personally, I observed that the betting speeds in Crypto-Games were pretty fast even without providing your KYC information. It is quite fast with big bets but if you do KYC you get super fast bets even on min bets like 1 satoshi. Stake speed is also quite good I would say, as is Bitvest, but yeah, if you want very fast rolls like doing auto on 1 million bets, you can really notice the speed difference on 100ms rolls and 10ms rolls;)

Your speed of doing bets on the site is dependent if you have KYC done? So essentially they can throttle your bets if you aren't? That is very absurd to be doing on a gambling site. If cryptogames use to do it then alright but if stake just started to take on this practice, then that is very bad to do. In order to enforce their players to need to do verification even further even if they do not wish to do so. Another way so to make those who wish to remain anonymous to make them do something they have no intentions of ever doing.

This is really a weird, not to say crappy, move on their side : why they should want to KYC their customers, and they know crypto users care more than many other category about their privacy, if they are not compelled to do so??? I mean : if it is compulsory then it should be stated quite clearly - do it or you can't use our services - if it's not why they are, softly, forcing their players to do??? Why better speed or better vip level for providing identity verification? What's the purposes of collecting user identities if it's not something that laws oblige them to do?

If you really don't want KYC, you can avoid it as much as possible. This is not mandatory because you can still play even if you do not submit your identity. Just playing that, the limit is not included or in case they request it from you due to suspicious activity. So far, they are not strict when it comes to KYC because they only offer it to those who want to benefit especially to those who actively participate in their events and promotions where you have more advantage in receiving rewards and prizes.

If I would have ever paid less that would be ok but I didn't, I always overpay, no exception. They make so much money off us and then even when withdrawing they basically steal my money. Stunna doesn't even care to reply here, that's how they care about this situation. How hard can it be to finally make some changes about the withdrawal fee thing? Especially after last time claiming they would work on it. Last 2 withdrawals I overpaid double of what they actually used, thats ridiculous. But praising themselfes with this bonus bullsxxt, no wonder they can give those micro bonus pays Saturdays when they before make it back with withdrawal fees. Good strategy for them to milk the customer.
Stake doesn't make money from withdrawal fee. For your case, it wasn't necessary to give the exact fee what you have paid to them. And I believe your transaction didn't get stuck for the less fee. Their wallet service used the fee which was necessary for the tx to get confirmation within next few blocks. In the same way Stake have to pay higher fee for some withdrawals. Bringing changes in withdrawal service(fee) system isn't so easy. They need to find out a better way and test it before implementing at the site. I haven't made btc withdrawals from stake since December 2019. I plays with altcoins now. If you really have problem with the btc withdrawal fee then you should use altcoins. Moreover stake gives huge bonuses to their user. Last weekly boost amount was more than 1 million dollar in total.

I only have btc and I don't intend to use other coin because I don't want other coins. And when I overpay over and over again with their withdrawal fees thats a serious problem. For the past weeks they NOT 1 TIME changed the fee amount. Wasn't it supposed to be dynamic? For weeks its 0.00022. According to the meme pool the fee in the LAST 2 WEEKS was never really high, never necessary to pay more than 0.00022 to get fast confirmations. In this picture I marked the highest point of unconfirmed transactions in the past 2 week. https://imgur.com/a/adoo62mBut the fee at stake was never adjusted, always 0.00022. I am well aware that the average fee according to https://ycharts.com/indicators/bitcoin_average_transaction_fee was higher in the past 2 weeks but this "average fee" is for being confirmed in the next block, stake never uses a really high fee and in the mempool screen u can see that actual necessary fees are much lower than was stake is charging for the past weeks. Clear ripoff in my eyes. But most of you guys don't care, I know. Might be the problem that most here never make withdrawals.

This is how their system works and you can't always calculate the fee interms of USD or BTC value, it depends on the eight of your transaction but if they are making batch withdrawals the fee can be lowered further while they are not running a charity program so its okay to spend few bucks if you only choose BTC or else the only choice is altcoins.

Right, KYC is only enforced if needed so. But don't worry about those that don't have suspicious activities on their accounts and only use it just as is. You won't be asked for KYC if you know that you're cleanly using the plaform.

I did verify my KYC on the site because when there was a breach in Primedice a few years back i had to submit my details to log into my account after a gap and had to search my old deposit addresses and transaction ID to get back my account and the reason for my verification is to avoid looking for my old transaction if anything happens in the future . I have not heard stake asking for a mandatory KYC unless someone is abusing the system.

You know, i always hate seeing someone complained about withdrawal fee. It won't make you poor though even it was a little expensive than it should it. If you think withdrawal fee on stake is too expensive, you shouldn't playing on here and pick other site which make you comfortable with their fee So far, they are not strict when it comes to KYC because they only offer it to those who want to benefit especially to those who actively participate in their events and promotions where you have more advantage in receiving rewards and prizes.
What events and promotions which needed KYC? Also i don't think it's worth to risk our ID to something just like even or promotion

That was on exemption because it was connected to a breach where its just normal on having those kind of verification to prove out the ownership of said account but on other situations then KYC is something that wont be asked from time to time.If you dont make any shady activity then i dont see for them to ask out for that kind of verification. Most of gambling sites does have similar terms when it comes to this.

I'm not in any way trying to defend the stake team in any way but If you feel that the BTC withdrawal fees are too high, you can use exchange services like Dinabot ( https://cryptogamblers.pub/) to make it easier to swap your btc to an altcoin with a much lower fee like trx. It's no longer news that Bitcoin's tx fees are on the high side. Even exchanges like Binance charge a flat, fixed fee of 0.0004btc ~40K sats per btc withdrawal. It also looks like stakes fees are not updated in real time so that's one thing you should keep in mind as well.

In your case, that's a different thing and it's for the sister company primedice. Most of gambling sites does have similar terms when it comes to this.
Right, most of them won't ask until finds something suspicious on the user's account.

I think that most have realized how silly it is to use btc or eth and pay $10-$15 per transaction when there are so many other better options available that cost 0-15 cents per transaction. It's not that hard to figure out.

Mate you can't compare an exchange with a bookie. Exchanges are a service and of course they charge fees. Obviously betting is also a "service" but they make SO MUCH money off losing players, ripping people off when they withdraw is just pathetic. No one is forcing anyone to gamble and hence there is no rip off until you keep on rolling even though you are loosing. Look at the mempool today, most of the time you can get an instant confirmation with 10-20sat/b. But still stake charges 0.0002 btc (thats above 100sat/b) even though below/around 0.00005 is way enough. Thats ridiculous. They have no intention to change that I bet. Still it also makes them money. They are giving away so much freebies for all the users who are gambling and i bet they do not need to make money taking away a few Satoshi with every withdrawal. They did have that withdrawal fees for a reason as they do not want users to use them solely to break the transaction chain. Thats only 1 of the shady moves they pulled recently, let's not forget stripping platinum members of reloads even though writing "as a platinum VIP you are always entitled to this feature" before. Not sure but there is no term that says they will be providing reloads for unlimited period of time.

For most of the transaction just a tron is being charged as the fee. This is truly amazing, but for some reason the usage of bitcoin and ethereum was found high on gambling sites than other cryptocurrencies.

It also has a reason behind. For a withdrawal of $100 we need to pay a fee of around $15. For a withdrawal of $1000 we need to pay the fee little above $15. For whales it won't be a big factor as the withdrawal value is high whereas the common gambler's withdrawal value is one tenth of the whale's.
