The issue is about Freeman being left out when Stake.com was established.  Freeman claimed that he was "discouraged" during their discussion before Stake.com was created.  I think Freeman's greed consume his thought in believing that he has the right on joining to become part owner of Stake.com.  Though the company lawyer has a counter statement regarding this issue.

Cases like this are always very difficult to prove, if the information in the article shared is correct Freeman is suing the owners of stake because they did not let him be part of it, but just because they were partners in a business already this does not mean he is entitled to become part of yet another project with them, Freeman also argues that he helped to design several features of stake, but how is that possible? He was given the chance of being part of the project but since he need to relocate he refuse to do it.

We will need to see if Freeman can produce good evidence to support his case, but so far his statements do not seem to bring too much strength to his case if you ask me.

I advise we shouldn't take a side just because Stake.com is bigger and more well-known, and dismiss the other as greedy and labeling them as fake news. I know in business, there are a lot of dirty tricks. Companies under merging, brand acquisition,... but some just under the guise of competitor removal, left to die for a couple of years.

It's up to the judge to pass and give the final verdict on it. Really.

It is true that at the end the judge is the one that needs take a decision based on the evidence that is presented before him, however we are also individuals which can use our common sense to try to discern the truth from what it is false, and so far I do not see how the accusation makes any sense, maybe evidence will be brought forward which will support his case, but so far for what I can see this does not seem to be the case.

Our wager is the main parameter for the weekly and monthly bonuses. Then it comes to our VIP rank, there is a base reward for each rank. The bonus also depends on the house edge of the games you are playing. You will receive a low bonus with the same wager if you play the lower house edge games (most of the in-house games). If you have made the $4k and $7k wager by playing the similar house edge games, then your weekly profit stats were the reason for the same bonus amount.

Anyone who is wondering about how the weekly/monthly claim, is all always from several factors
- The game you're playing
- Rank
- Your situation (Lose/winning)
- Wagering amount
- In some case, If there has some promotion who add more bonus % to your claim
- Some rules change

Well, it is as #ryzaadit said.... there is not just one factor to take into consideration.... wagering is just one of the things they are using to calculate it. You might have won more with your $7k weekly wagering and that will decrease your weekly or you wagered mostly on original games and not on the preferred Slots and Sports bets that they prefer. 

So for the best results for your weekly.... bet more on Slots and Sports bets and hope you not winning big... then your weekly will be more.... but your losses from those bets will vaporize the benefit of getting a bigger weekly.

I never get in this act of calculating how much bonus should i get or how the bonus s calculated as it will only make me confuse. I think most of us really don't know the exact formula for the bonus calculation.

That is the point, you shouldn't really "know" how you get it. The point is, you should be able to just focus on how you could make money by gambling, or at least have fun if you lose money. Those are the two options and two goals, anything extra is optional. If you are getting anything more from it, then you are doing something cool but not needed and not a must.

I personally care about gambling because it is a way of spending time, like watching a movie, or playing a computer game, or reading a book. I mean this one could make you lose a ton of money if you are not careful, but you could at least make something with it and that is quite important.

To get $4.32 from this $0.03 reload, someone need to claim it 144x which is a full 24 hours a day and someone should not miss even a few seconds.
Who are in this earth who can do it or at least willing to do it, I doubt someone will spend their day even hours to claim it all.
Having an hourly/daily reload is better because users do not need to spend too much time to claim even though I'm sure the amount will be less if the 10 minutes reload is changed to daily reload.

Everyone got a fixed amount for pre-monthly depends on the rank they have, @Mahdirakib is correct. The things you're posting is for "Weekly & Monthly" while everyone got a different amount depends on their waggering, rank and several things factor.

Pre-monthly is always the same, everyone gets the same amount depending of their rank. You just need to wager to make sure qualified for maximum amount you can get for your rank. The big question for "pre-monthly" is only how many we need wagering to be qualified for maximum reward.

With the race nearly done, there are indeed big bets being placed so to rank up in the standings.
While doing a few rounds on crash I had seen a platinum 6 player wagering 130eth per round while I was there.
The thing landed on under 1.20x all those rounds but the player raised his wager amount up to 300eth every round until I left

For the place in the race I am at 3797 and do not need to wager anymore since I will get $75 for being in the top 4000.
I was at 4197 last week and noticed the prize was lowered to $50 so being in the top that I am in is good enough.
Totaled wagered during the month long race is $217k for me.
