What gives Utrust the advantage is that its CRYPTO. And as we can all agree in this forum, a working solution in crypto, is better than any other working solution, in fiat.  

Paypal actually still charges a lot for international transfers, a bit less than direct credit, debit card transactions. Since crypto is global, this is another point where utrust will beat paypal, with their 1% fees.

i agree with you.
i think, crypto is better than FIAT for online payment. its more secure and fleksibel, low fee, no need debit/credit card.
and, its more transparent, everybody can track the transaction to confirm that payment is real.

they are probably still working on it. since they announced new partnerships , that must've taken them some of the time from preparing the ICO.

Be Proud because were in the crypto world. another thing even if we pay the 1% fee still we are in win-win situation! why did i say so? Crypto is going wild and the price of Utrust will hike up also.

We can be sure they are working hard outside of here. Partnership with soma is big. If they have some more partnership in line, they can postpone ico a little bit.

Don't you worry crypto is crazy. technologies are very fast like an internet. so if they going to pay media to advertise UTRUST the price will increase and more investors will come in

The day will come very soon and crypto will become mainstream then. It's a bridge that utrust is trying to build to fill the gap.

A small question that I have asked before but haven't found the answer yet.
In the Whitepaper there is a discussion of a mediator which will handle all disputes between sellers and buyers.
I was wondering if you will keep this task In-house or will you outsource this to another company.
I have some experience with outsourced task like this and they haven't always worked out fine. Reason why I'm asking.

If both parties do not come to terms in 7 days, the buyer has the option to escalate the claim to a mediator. In this instance, a UTRUST operator joins the chat resolution and serve as mediator and arbitrator with final say on the dispute outcome. Proceeding with an escalation will incur a fee of 2% over the amount in hold if a buyer refund is issued by the UTRUST mediator.

What I understand is that the buyer is penalized even if innocent. Is it my level of English or intelligence?

yes. there is comparing with bitpay and paypal. they charge too much and service nothing helpful but UTRUST will fill all gap those need customers. like low fees and accept cryptos many payment methods and bank transfer and also provide soma projects tokens and other cryptos can exchangeable. UTRUST is the one project will bring revolution is this world.

If really so and UTRUST is sticking with this policy to me it would be a huge fundamental and even unovercomable flaw in how they operate. The innocent are to be protected at all times. Not penalized?!

There is still a long way to go!
But with the partnership with SOMA they are one step closer to dive in a real big market (Japan). Really hope the development of the system will go smoothly so everything will be launch in the timeframe the devs had in mind.
