still no answer to my mail after 1 week

We are re-working our recovery protocol to allow users to set an email soon and recover via a form. Currently we get hundreds of emails that essentially say "hey this is my account give me my password". If your account has no balance which appears to be the case it's best to simply create a new account, otherwise you'd need sufficient evidence such as IP's, signed primary depositing addresses etc.

Over the past two months we've mainly been hard at work on security/performance related issues, we are finally transitioning into features.

Why "Roll Dice button" is very slow compare to "Auto betting"?? There's delay in roll dice button fix this bug. I'm tired waiting to see the result and 2-4 seconds delay.

Small bets are typically delayed, in most cases (small bets) it shouldn't take more than 2 sec from click to result on an average connection.

Why delayed?? Please speed up the manual bets its very slow. I can't use the Auto betting feature because my strategy not suitable for that. There's many members don't use the auto betting that's why I suggest to reduce the delay in Roll Dice button to use like speed of auto bets.

As stunna said you must be making small bets and small bets are delayed by a second or two.
This is essentially done so that people don't choke out the website resources and do not great website failure. If they allow bets without any delay then the number of bets made per second will itself make the website collapse.

I don't think stunna is much worried about faucet "building", the real issue is giving its users a site that doesn't lag. If stunna allows small bets without any delay then people will definitely start using multiple bots to bet amounts like 1satoshi, and there is a limit to which the site can handle the bet load, and if the load becomes too high then the site may crack down.

If they do, then Stunna should set a limit instead for minimum bets to be able to stop it...

Why will they be interested in changing the result of small bets < 100 Satoshi or so?
And no they cannot change the result.  You can verify it, the site is provably fair.

No, the bet result does not depends on the time but your server seed, client seed, and nonce only.

Hot wallet should usually stay at about 100btc .  Stunna posted that when there was huge cashouts they needed to accommodate that.

Yup. If he was stuck on the log in screen then it's very likely that Isitdownrightnow would show that the site was still up. In fact, the site is technically up, it's just that it's not working the way it should. Sites like those only check to see if the server request returns anything useful. You can do something similar by typing "ping primedice.com" in the command prompt.
