however MICRO was being promoted to ADMIN and was about to lose his M . ie.. mod status.

Well MICRO has been promoted to Admin status, different from the actual admin, and I'm sure MICRO doesn't have access to Cold wallet(which is used to fill the hot wallet) as well which probably contains more than 1k btc, no offense to MICRO but would be crazy to hand that amount to anyone over the internet.
BTW shouldn't the process of filling hot wallet be automatic? And I notice Stunna himself had replied in the thread saying that someone was paid 100 btc, which should've emptied the hotwallet(if it was paid from it that is).
And lastly, yes I know about the Mod and Admin status, but thats only for chat.

And I'm not actually promoted to Admin , i got promoted to Support staff.

And of course that i don't have access to cold wallet which is used to fill hot wallet.
I also don't have access to users balances, nor do i have ability to change users password if it has more than very small amount of bitcoins.
And to be honest i would not like to have that responsibility.

All issues on support has been solved and there are currently just 4 pending tickets.

Support average first response time is now 2.3 hours. It can take a bit longer sometimes if issue is more complex and i cant solve it but its nowhere near what it was before.

If i cant solve the issue right away or without help of Admins/Dev i will at least keep you updated on what is going on and answer all the questions.

Btw this time issue wasn't low hot wallet. Bitcoin core had some issues.
Primedice hot wallet is usually kept at pretty big amount to accommodate 24/7 big withdrawals.

i thought you were about to become an admin as you didnt said NO when asked about it .

AFAIK its not a problem, most of the users in PD have their own 2nd account as their bank and me myself too have 3 accounts so its not really a problem. its just that too many log in attempts problem, nothing serious i guess

You can have 2 accounts but when you login and logout into them to fast you will get that error sometimes.
So try not to do to many logins to fast. And when that happens just wait 1 hour without trying to login to any of your accounts.

i guess it is limited to 10 logins per 30 minutes ? probably the error appears after it.

But people can use private proxies or VPNs to connect and it is the same thing I guess
