happens to me too. many times. for me opening a new identity or restarting tor works most of the time.
I think it have something to do with Tor's Javascript.

They start analysing your mouse movement, your browsing data and so on. Which means using Tor makes you one of a few, which means captcha gets trouble identifying you as a "normal" user!

No, when i re-enter the captcha after a few times it continue to give me others captcha, only once i verified correctly the captcha but after that i haven't reached the home page for the login, in fact the site stuck whit the loading page....
