How come Primedice don't have signatures campaigns for ordinary users, only for staff members? Will this be changed in near future? Many would like to join i think..
There is no need to have a signature Campaign For PrimeDice has it is more than know for the bitcoin community and featured eon every blog related to bitcoin gambling,does it still need advertisements ?Also they have massive giveaway's all the time like 3 are on going right now I guess.They wouldn't waste money advertising something which is already famous.

i think its because primedice doesn't needs avertising anymore, large number of gamblers in the bitcoin world already know them as one of the best and trusted gambling sites in the business No its mostly because signature campaigns ruined this forum a lot. When we ran ours signature campaign we gave ours best not to cause spam , pointless posts and so on but it was very hard due to huge scale of it. So most likely we wont have signature campaigns in the future.

How long has it been since you sent the ticket? MIRCO is fast, but he can't go through 50s of support tickets in a few hours, cut him some slack if its been just a day or two

Just 2 hours you say? Cut MICRO some slack, he has to be a human and do other stuff sometimes . Compare PD support stats with others, and you'll notice how fast you will be getting a reply

Just 2 hours you say? Cut MICRO some slack, he has to be a human and do other stuff sometimes . Compare PD support stats with others, and you'll notice how fast you will be getting a reply Completely agree with PrimeDice support high quality standard: some times ago stats were posted about average ticket solution time and they were astonishingly fast. About the bolded part...yep I guess MICRO sometimes eats drinks and go to toilette.. but only sometimes....not to talk about his bad habit to sleep some hours every night

I clicked "Deposit" and sent my coins there. Also, there was a notification when I had 0 confirmations that it was pending. But the balance just never showed up. EDIT: So I read that everyone's supposed to get a new deposit address. Well I didn't. It's still the same one showing up.

I see, in that case you should wait for an hour and if the balance still doesn't update contact support. Have you tried refreshing the page yet?

In the past they took weeks to answer. But since Micro is handling it, it is much more better :-) Every issues are solved in a few hours. Micro is a very efficient and trustable person so I guess it really was a good decision to hire him for this.
