Paragon can't actively work to make cannabis legal, they at most, will set an example in what can be done with cannabis, all the good it will do, so other countries start making changes and being easy on it, if Paragon is successful, then other will see that what they do works, and will ask paragon to be there too, or start their own projects.

Good point, leading as an example, someone has to take a first step, and whom ever can monetize that, is going to be rich as f*ck. This is a long term project for sure.

The ban on cannabis was a political decision  not a health decision... Many documents and articles about this and many people still suffer the consequences... Imagine living in one of the states where weed is still illegal and a swat team kicking in your door for a gram...

There is potential in the project for installation anywhere in the world, of course there will be places where it will be possible to work on cannabis earlier in medicine, it is only a matter of time, do not expect to see greenhouses there at this time, there is still a constant struggle of the World Health with the UN, and more and more adepts and needy join this goal. I see enough potential to spread throughout the Globe as it is released. Excellent Design and Structure

But where is the main office located, could be important to figure out how local / state politicians and law enforcement look at this. Good to do research for investors on this. I'm sure Paragon team thought about it, would be nice to know which state though

You never know 100% however... the team is actually well know. Jessica is a known celebrity and i don't think she will burn her reputation for some money.
If this project succeeds in the long run she will make much more than what the ICO is making for the moment.
So imho everything points to a good ICO
