Yeah i think there is a misunderstanding, PRG token will be use to purchase marijuana and other stuff you need on the establishment created by team on different places where marijuana is legal, they are also planning to offer it to some country but the topic is too sensitive to tackle, because some other county are still against it.

Could be a half-baked Google Translation for some words. There is a kernel of truth though, the Controlled Reserve Fund could theoretically be abused to peg the price of the ParagonCoin or control it. Yes, it will take startup companies like Paragon, in order to appease the regulations committees. Paragon will use the smart contracts to make a digital platform that stores every sequence of Cannabis  related utility, upon the ethereum blockchain. With PARAGON centers, more helpful or positive effects will be potentially discovered by researchers making Cannabis much more likely to go mainstream.

But the problem is that Paragon is only going to be implemented in the countries where it is legal to do. I would suggest them to try out for other countries too where it is actually needed for medicinal purpose and talk with the governments.

This could be possible as PARAGON centers will attract Cannabis advocates everywhere, together they can lobby for the legalization of Cannabis to  other countries.
