the coins should be sent automatically to the address you've contributed ETH from, once distribution begins. That's the way ICO's usually work

The smart contract is programmed to send the correct amount bought to the address that the investment come from, is easy to do and always have been made like that, the differences in other projects are in the distribution itself, some create the token when you buy it, other just wait a certain time before sending the pre-mined tokens, and other just send them manually using a list provided by the network. IN the case of paragon, it's the second one, they will wait for the ICO to finish to send the tokens back. I hope this helped .
