For me it's a big yes, bitcoin is very secured, but it also depend on us how we gonna make 2x secured our bitcoin account, for example our account in this forum make sure that the email you are using here is valid email so if the hackers hacked it you can recover it from them, but for me bitcoin is really secured.

yes I believe that Bitcoin is safe, because in countries that allow Bitcoin payments are allowed ,, if Bitcoin is not safe it is possible that the country does not allow payers with Bitcoin .. and it depends on us ourselves if we use Bitcoin safely we have to obey the rules.

All there is definitely a security risk, but as long as you can keep your account well, I believe that Bitcoin will be safe. therefore we must really take care of our account, especially the intrusion of the hackers.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers
If you can keep an account that you have then I am very confident that your account will be safe. Never store username, password, email or seed in any place. Because it can make a person take advantage of your negligence. And if the government forbids bitcoin I think you can still use bitcoin, you can try various network access such as VPN to still be able to access bitcoin. Many overseas services that provide services to send money directly to your BANK account in your country.
nice advice mate thats the very best thing to tell hes friends bitcoin is perfectly secure nothing can took it from us unless we are careless.if we dont secure your wallets and your passwords then your bitcoins will be in trouble.hope this advices and explanation can help you convince those friends to invest in crypto

I don't have expertise view regarding the security of bitcoin. In the past some hacks have been a big issue but the same continues. So, we cannot say it is completely secure but believe that the it can be kept in a secure manner based on the additional take in making it more secure.

If you're worried about someone hacking your wallet, the underlying cryptography for Bitcoin has been studied in detail, and is believed by experts to be secure. Assuming that you choose a strong password for your wallet, your Bitcoins should be safe from theft.

As any currency it is not completely safe. Any currency can grow or end up blowing up. Everyone should know what are the risks they are taking so i suggest you to read some articles about it and get to know them.

A bitcoin wallet is only as secure as the operating system that hosts it.

While the Bitcoin protocol itself may be secure, the wallets and services used to store and exchange Bitcoin may not. this is a caveat of centralization, when funds can get lost due to a single point of failure, the point of failure becomes the "weakest link". and this is malicious activity; im not even going to include all the folks that have lost wallet passwords, sent coins to the wrong address (accidental burn), or simply thrown away/ lost the device containing the wallet.

so in a nutshell, bitcoin is secure as you are.

Yes bitcoin is really secure. no one can steal bitcoin, except for our own carelessness. Smiley

I agree for the carelessness part. Bitcoin has been operating for years now and I haven't heard about anyone hacking Bitcoin itself but I've heard some people's wallets being hacked though because of their carelessness. If you have a big amount of Bitcoin, guard it like your life depends on it.

I agree with you mate, I think people who lost their wallets are stupid and carelessness, Because It's to easy to save your private keys, If you care about that, you will be not hacked from anyone. Personally, I expect my bitcoin wallet like my life. I care too much to it.

From what I have read Bitcoin is very secure using SHA-256 encryption, you would need all of the miners and computers in the world to try to figure out someone's private key, and it would take thousands of years to do it at the current rate.

I think that is pretty secure! In the future they could upgrade the SHA-256 to something higher if needed through a hardfork if I understand that correctly.

Bitcoins are really safe in the money market
In my opinion, bitcoin is a virtual currency. It has a very powerful system and it is very safe to invest in bitcoin.
It is very safe and it is the currency of the future of the currency of the needs of the competition in the near future; it is only unsafe when you are negligent, not careful with your bitcoin. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Most of the bitcoin wallets are fully secured maybe it's depends to you on how you can handled it, because if you can't used it right there's a possibility that hackers or Intruders get you balance in your wallet. In addition I suggest to used multiple wallet for bitcoin to fully secured your balance. Even hack your 1 wallet you have a lot of supports wallet to secure your bitcoin. Moreover, just regulate changing of password to your wallet to lessen the risks, especially to those people who interested to your wallet balance.

there is no guarantee of certainty, bitcoin is always safe.
Concerns are natural, but basically anything in this world is always at risk. this is a thought and knowledge, if you want to get involved and want to know more about bitcoin. you should fill with the knowledge and add your experience about bitcoin. then you share it with people around you.
