Yes bitcoin is really secure. no one can steal bitcoin, except for our own carelessness. Smiley
The government can not be that easy to ban bitcoin transactions, because bitcoin is the future.

It depends on the users if they want their bitcoin to be in the safe place. If they will trust anybody so easily and will not that vigilant or careful then its their fault. But i believe bitcoin users are intelligent.

Perhaps someday in the future when quantum computer is well developed, its high calculation capability will make bitcoin less secure. But you never know when it will be developed to that stage, 10 years or 100 years. By that time Bitcoin may already take quantum computer into consideration and limit it.
But i am sure that at that time bitcoin will be more updated and secure, even quantum computer may not be able to break its security, i think bitcoin is the need of the day and specially in future we can expect that the new generation will be using bitcoin as a normal currency therefore i think at that time its security will be more strengthen than present position.

That depends, technology always growing so fast, maybe to decrypt the bitcoin private key in the future is as easy as extracting file from .rar format and who knows?
but we're now don't need to worry since it's predicted that it will takes more time for technology to grow and could absolutely have that much of computing power.

I would have to say if it hasn't been properly hacked yet there is a good chance it is pretty much safe. You will still encounter potential hacking of wallets but I'm not sure of the block chain as a whole.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers
Not secure really because of it's anonymity nature. But now a days people stopped talking about the security and go on investing in Biitcoin because to gain huge profits.Governments cannot simply ban this Bitcoin because of it's transactions. Many governments have already started using Cryptocurrencies. But governments may modify this mode of transactions through a verified process.

thinking of my that bitcoin is so much secure because it is a crypto-currency which is invisible but can be measure its value. Every situation in all aspect it should be most secure so that anyone cannot able to grab it from other without precondition.

Bitcoin security depends on ourselves,So we must always be vigilant in keeping our account so hackers do not steal it,   my friend there who lost bitcoin it all because of carelessness, so the point is safe bitcoin as long as we are good at keeping.
yes it is very true if we do not keep your account well then your account easy to be stolen or lost. because that is one weakness of bitcoin easily lost or stolen. so its core do not easily believe in others and keep your account do not keep the account password is indiscriminate that makes it easier for hackers to steal your account. but so far bitcoin is safe enough that I know because I have never heard of the case of losing bitcoin stolen through a hacked account.

yes bitcoin is safe, it uses complicated algorithms and cryptography that only the private key can decript. I think the only chance that your bitcoin can be hacked is by you being careless. Also based on the history of bitcoin, it is not been hacked yet, most of the time the reason why your bitcoin has been hacked is because of human error.

bitcoin is completely safe in my opinion Because everything that happens with bitcoin depends heavily on internet connectivity, and I make sure that bitcoin is perfectly safe.

I can't say. I think it really depends on the person on how they work to change their lives. But for me, because I already experience this kind of job then I bet it can really secure our future lives. Technology right now is so popular thats why I am pretty sure that bitcoin can really help us. Because bitcoin works with the help of internet so we are in digital era right now so there is no doubt that bitcoin can really help us and can really secure our future lives.

This is one of the challenges of introducing Bitcoin to people. Sometimes, they find it difficult to believe that it cannot be hacked. Activities of scammers are on the rise each passing day

I think that is not a definition of being secure but that is an example of being a fool.

Bitcoin's security depends on the user or owner of that wallet because even if bitcoin is so secured, if the owner of the wallet are not taking care of it very carefully, I think it will still not be secured.

why not bitcoin is. bitcoin is really a high security for every thing therefor people are taking interest in bitcoin , buying bitcoin , investing bitcoin and making trade in bitcoin. if the bitcoin were not secure then big investor will take interest in bitcoin or they will keep only and will not make trade or investment in bitcoin. these all fact proves that bitcoin has a high security.
