Actually, this question's answer is really tough. Anyway,it depends on your activity. I suggest you, don't store account username, password, private key etc in any place. Without it,anyone can't able to hack your account. By following those, you will able to know that Bitcoin is really secure.

Of all coins, bitcoin has the highest security and it has already built a strong market reputation and foundation. If that is what you meant by secure then that is my answer. But if you mean you bitcoin wallet, then it's security depends on our own carelessness. Just make sure you don't share your private keys to anybody.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

For me yes bitcoin is really secure. I think it is secure because there are a lot of money that are involve here and there are some popular person that are investing here so for me they will not invest here if it is not secure. There are so many process here because they not let anyone to destroy it. Just like what other said it will be always depends on you on how you use the bitcoin.

As you have told them the concept of the bitcoin and assurance that it has lasted for so long then it could drive you to a conclusion that you are really secure. Knowing bitcoin run through out the year, is is a great evidence that it has managed to hold their bitcoins on security even though it is manipulated on line. We could also state that the people behind it first conceptualised its security features fpr future use. And as the bitcoin run today, enhancements go along with it.

Yes, bitcoin is very much secure, no one can steal it from you unless you do unnecessary things or you get scammed but as long as you are being careful in your transactions, your bitcoin is 100% secure and safe.

I can say that  Bitcoin network and currency has proven to be secure, functional, and efficient. The technology used to build Bitcoin is mathematically secured by the laws of the universe, and is constantly being improved upon by the open-source community. The software is actively inspected, and audited by this growing community.

Yes bitcoin is really safe. No one can not steal bitcoin, smiley without your own dishonesty
Bitcoin transactions are not as easy as banning the government, because bitcoin is the future. It seems that future transactions will be bitcoin. Yet, except for 2 countries, bitcoin is allowed all over the country. Only a few countries are prohibited, but not a ban. Do not think there will be a ban.

Bitcoin is secure as long as you keep your login information to yourself. Never provide your wallet address to unknown sites. Keep your gadgets from any security threats. These will make sure that everything is safe.

Maybe not and I guess this would be one of many questions why there are still many people don't like to invest in bitcoins.People now are very aware on many things especially when we talk about money. They don't easily trust. They personally investigate first the background before they invest. And we can't blame them because everyday, there are so many reports in tv,radio and even social medias about scamming and hacking. And it is really happening. It's always about trust when money is involve.

Btc is secure though is not totally immune to threat. The only known threat to the btc is the government itself.
Some of the country already banned their citizen of trading btc or altcoins.
In term of system security btc is more secured.

Yes Bitcoin is very safe, hackers can only steal the owners of the reckless bitcoin. My point is that bitcoin owners do not keep the privacy key correctly. I think the government can not block bitcoin, because bitcoin can not be controlled by anyone except its creator, Satoshi Nakamoto.
Absolutely correct! The security in the cyber world totally depends upon the user of digital things. If someone takes proper steps and take some security measurements (recommended ones at least) then it really becomes difficult for hackers to hack into the system.

If you see the rate of scamming is actually increasing day by day which shows that people are very careless when it comes to using internet and things related to it. We are responsible for our own assets.

Yes, Bitcoin is secure. But, we still need to be very careful and cautious because there's a lot of scammers in bitcoin too. you still need to be responsible in your own account. especially for those new investors and newbies in bitcoin. I suggest that you need to learn more about bitcoin and its ups and downs.

It's nearly impossible to hack Bitcoin since the hacker would need to attack every single miner out there which numbers by the thousands, all at the same time. Bitcoin's system is even more secure than banks and stock brokers imo.

Yes bitocoins is secured at personal level as well as you keep your account safe with 2fa and other measures to prevent others having access to your account, but at the blockchain, I don't think hackers can get access to the blockchain to steal since it is decentrlaized.

I think any crypto is not safe enough. There is still a big road for improvement and I really hope it will become better with a time.

bitcoin and altcoin are virtual currencies, the existence of heker makes a lot of worries in the past even today, but we can secure our wallet with multiple code contained in some reliable wallets.
I believe that bitcoin is really sevure because it has really a code and it is getting more popular  so then we can put basis on the usage rate that is really riaing each day people really use it because tbey really believe that bitcoin is secure and it is really secure because  we see it is now getging popular .If bitcoin not secure maybe no one will use it or maybe bitcoin will not exist this present time if  it is really not secure.
