it still depends on whether you keep your password safe so your bitcoin is safe because bitcoin has its own security so it's impossible to steal your bitcoin or be able to hack your bitcoin.

Cryptocurrency is risky since its decentralized but then that's what makes it advantageous also. If you want security, you should also be careful with your information. Read first all the notes and rules left by those who joined cryptocurrency for a long run already.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers
yes it is secured even to you if you dont have the private key you will unable to open the wallet, so keep it on the safe place goodluck

So from time to time someone does something and everyone starts screaming about bitcoin not being safe.
How about Windows, is that safe? People still use it, no matter what happens.
Governments still use Windows XP.

Indeed, it's not about Bitcoin not being safe but rather people not taking the necessary safety measures in order to protect their online privacy, passwords and so on.

Of course the company and management of bitcoin is really secure and free from all kinds of risk and threats.
The company itself provide a high caliber Information Technology experts that will assured the investors that everything is in the control and they can manage it. Aside from that bitcoin is a strong company that cannot easy invade by hackers.

Bitcoin is as secure as you make it. If you fail to take proper security precautions then you can kiss your Bitcoin goodbye eventually. It is only a matter of time. Don't believe me? Ask anyone who had Bitcoin from 2010 if they have been hacked/scammed I think over 50% would say yes... Shocked

I strongly agree that, Bitcoin is as secure as you make it. If you fail to take proper security precautions then you can kiss your Bitcoin goodbye eventually. It is only a matter of time. Adding also my opinion that, Bitcoin security depends on ourselves,So we must always be vigilant in keeping our account so hackers do not steal it,   my friend there who lost bitcoin it all because of carelessness, so the point is safe bitcoin as long as we are good at keeping. In addition, There is an important distinction between the security of the Bitcoin blockchain and the security of personal wallets. The blockchain is secure as long as nobody finds a way to hack the SHA-256 hash function, which is considered very solid.
Yes! This is the perfect time for collecting bitcoin. All wise and old investors treat dumps as golden opportunities of collecting bitcoin. Bitcoin is the one which decreases little bit before pumping hard. Never ever lose trust into bitcoin just because of the temporary decreases in the value.

It as volatile nature which clearly states that bitcoin will increase in value greatly after every single dump. I am not going to lose interest into bitcoin at any cost.

Yes. Bitcoin is safe but there's some chance since it's been told that everything's today can be hacked. Except it, they have been trading bitcoin since years. So I think it's safe but I can't be 100% sure.

Bitcoin is safe if we really keep the security where we save our bitcoins and vice versa if we are careless menyimpannnya then dangerous we could lose our bitcoin.
but if bitcoin is used as an investment I think it's pretty safe because bitcoin has a pretty good security system.

I must say bitcoin is secure but not totally safe, why ? it is secure in terms of privacy and security features but its not safe at all because it can be hacked or stolen. Its security amazes me as a bitcoin user, its like putting your money on your own computer and you have a personal password on it. Secured wallet also gives you a access to your bitcoins and you can easily transact using it.

Bitcoin is pretty secure as long as you take proper security measures and never disclose your private key then no one should be able to access them. But the thing is with enough processing power it can be theoretical cracked, but as of now even the best computers don't have such amount of processing, maybe quantum computing can change the tide but it's a long way to go. For now BTC is safe.

For me, yes bitcoin is secure no one can control it. But it will always depend on the user how they will follow the security precautions that the site or wallet will give. Also, be careful with our private keys make sure that you secure it very well. But share it with someone that you fully trusted in any case of emergency. Smiley

Yes off course bitcoin is very secure that’s why banks are also accepting bitcoin and even billionaires are also investing here if bitcoin was not secure so countries will not accepting bitcoin they will never ever allow bitcoin to its people but bitcoin proof to the world that it’s one of the best currency in market and it can help to any country in their economy so in my opinion bitcoin is totally safe for users and they can join it.

If that's the case I can not guarantee if Bitcoin is safe or not, but if I still believe that bitcoin is safe, but it can not be guaranteed because maybe the hackers will find ways to make Bitcoin hack.

Yes bitcoin is really secure. no one can steal bitcoin, except for our own carelessness. Smiley
The government can not be that easy to ban bitcoin transactions, because bitcoin is the future.

i think base on what i observed and feels bitcoin is really secured because theres a lot of people who protects and manage this and ofcourse the government. bictoin isnt all about the money as a matter of fact it has a big impact in the near future.

Like in real life, your wallet must be secured. Bitcoin makes it possible to transfer value anywhere in a very easy way and it allows you to be in control of your money. Such great features also come with great security concerns. At the same time, Bitcoin can provide very high levels of security if used correctly. Always remember that it is your responsibility to adopt good practices in order to protect your money.
