Until now I am very sure that bitcoin is very safe, both in terms of selling heli and from storage. Although today a lot of hackers are stealing bitcoin, but my belief in bitcoin security is still very strong

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers
I think and i can assure that bitcoin was secure because it has the strongest security system so that it might not be able to be hacked by someone else. Even a small account cannot be hacked in bitcoin transactions because it wa secure how much more in the big accounts that is secure more than any one else. So that i preffer that one of the first most secure thing is bitcoin because it is also safer than banks because it may destroyed by any ones hacker and also phenomonon.

Bitcoin is secure till the time you maintain a physical wallet and do not disclose your details to anyone.
Same thing goes with all the other modes of payment.

Bitcoin is secured it depend how you handle it like your information or other privacy that you keep.

Yes because if we are talking if our bitcoin holding is safe from hackers, will i guess it is if and only if we secure it with great caution against all these predators. And as to bitcoin's blockchain whether it is safe or not, well, just think of how far bitcoin have reached achievements for now. If it is not safe in the first place, we can no longer witness it as it skyrocket to 20,000$ last year.

I think Bitcoin is safe and becoming more secure as time goes by. Actually the government is now interested in bitcoin, Japan has legalized bitcoin and hopes other countries will follow them. Bitcoin is now the right currency in the whole world that people will use online and also for offline purposes, the beauty of bitcoin is that this is a universal currency and we do not need to convert it into another currency if we use it abroad

As I go through the web, reading peoples view and opinion about bitcoin, I can say that Bitcoin isnt secure, yes it gives you the chance to earn and make big profit, but the thing is, you should also be educated on how the cryptoworld works, or even atleast do some research and your own study on how cryptocurrencies go. In the end, I see that cryptocurrencies can really give you big profit, but you should know when to put your money or investments in and out .

I feel very happy to have a bitcoin in my hand. By buying more bitcoin to hoard I can get back the profits from it. Thanks to that profit, I can take care of myself and my family. I feel lucky to know bitcoin. It's really great.

Yes it is,i think it's  totally secured,in the years of its existence i never heard bitcoin itself has been hack. The hacking normally occur because of the negligence of bitcoin holder so it's holders responsibility to protect his coin by making necessary precautions like storing his coins in an offline wallet.Storing small amount of coins in trading platform will also minimized the lost of your coins to hackers.

Yes, Bitcoin is really secure. But, never Store wallet address and the private key in the Pc. Only use your Own personal computer or mobile phone. Split up your bitcoin use multiple wallets. But remember nothing give you hundred percent safety.

In my opinion, bitcoin for the next few years will be safe but we can not guarantee bitcoin for the next 20 years, bitcoin does have advantages and also has risks like hackers, and is banned by governments,
my advice you should take the opportunity of bitcoin as much as possible.

Bitcoin's blockchain is impossible to hack, the only way to change modify some recent blocks is the 51% attack. But this is way impossible to have over 50% of the network hashrate so at this points everything is ok. If you have some coins on exchanges and the exchange is hacked you can lose your coins but this would mean the exchange was hacked and not the blockchain.

I think this is sufficiently protected. Only if, by their stupidity and negligence, someone loses or shares the keys to their account or purse, in this case it's very easy to lose everythin

Nowadays everything is insecure! Bitcoin as other cryptocurrencies has vast volatility, you should be flexible and think about some diversification. Some money in fiat, some in crypto, some in real assets.

Yes, but not secure enough for mainstream adoption. The last bull run petered out so spectacularly because adoption failed to scale in proportion with price.

I think Bitcoin is the most secure in cryptocurrency world. I didn't hear any news about the hacking of Bitcoin Account. If you don't lose your password, email and some other information nobody can't hack your account. It has a high-security system.

Secure in what sense because if is from my point of view and looking at it from being saved and the risk attached to it. You determine if Bitcoin will be saved or risky for you. when to invest? and the rate to invest? this two must be carefully dealt with

Well bitcoin is really secure if we put basis on the bitcoin community and its popularity we can really say thatit is really secure because if bitcoin doesnt have any automated security maybe  bitoin will not going to continue as of this far.maybe bitcoin is slowly disappearing if no one really trust in it.

Tell them that the safety of a bitcoin will only depend on how much the owner knows how to secure it. It doesnt matter how good the blockchain thechnology is if the owner of a certain coin doesnt know what to do with it.  That is why whenever a friend of mine wanted to engaged with cryptocurrency i am advising them to conduct research first to further improve their knowledge about cryptocurrency.
