If I have a friend that give me a 1BTC I don't put it in cash right away I just hold it too long to multiply it and have income or double it so it will be more useful for me if I want it immediately so my 1BTC can be more helpful for me if I hold it for longer.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

If you be given a gift of 1BTC by someone and for you this amount is already something you did not expect. Will you sell your bitcoin right away and convert it into cash or just keep it for a better price to come or invest it or what?
...If someone will give me 1btc as a gift, I would hold it until its price will increase, then sell it and buy another bitcoin and some altcoins for investment. I believed the price of bitcoin will be more expensive, because it has a limited supply.

I think, I would save it for the future, so it can work and be profitable, whats the purpose of instant withdrawal it... Just to spend money into things?
Yes it is true, keep for a long time and if it reaches 10x from the price we receive then give him 3x fiat of the value he gave is the thing I will do, I am sure that the future of bitcoin will continue to improve.

I really feel happy if anyone give a gift like this because of the exorbitant bitcoin price then I will feel very happy but about selling it if current price is expensive then i will sell it right now but if the price is still not expensive then i will save it until the price match past.

If I given a chance to have a 1 bitcoin I will use this as a capital on trading so the bitcoin will grow, and I'm going to be very thankful if I had that, and then I will purchase some coin that has a potential and I will hold it for long term so the profit would double or triple depending on the market flows.

Undoubtedly it would be a perfect gift.
Once I had the experience of buying bitcoin and made good money on it.
I sold my bitcoin at 6200, but now I see that bitcoin needs to be saved in the long run.
