if I am given a chance to get 1Bitcoin gift then I will use to make an investment. I think when I can use it for investment then I can get more bitcoin than 1 bitcoin. this is risky but I believe my ability can give more in every decision I make.

Correct. If we get a chance to get 1 bitcoin means, from that I will get some more bitcoin. I use this for trading when the price reaches the maximum so.If the price of bitcoin reaches the moon means,I don't think for a second. Sell the bitcoin and get very huge profit.if I get means,It's the luckiest day for me.

If you don't need it right now, just keep it. I wouldn't invest or convert it into anything else. The price, even if it's not a certainty, will still go up. That is your investment itself :-D

I would lock it away for at least a few years. I think this train is just leaving the station, 19 out of 20 people are unfamiliar with Bitcoin - let alone have any direct dealing with it, imagine what it would be worth when 19 out of 20 people use Bitcoin every day!!!

Unless you really need the money for some kind of emergency i wouldnt sell it at all, not because it were a gift but because its something that will get bigger value over time for sure, bitcoin potencial is huge and crypto is starting to achieve one by one soo one day bitcoin will maybe be into the same level as gold, but with a bigger value for sure.

I think is is a good idea because we all know that the value of bitcoin nowadays are very high and giving it as a gift to everyone makes it a very wonderful idea but of course we make sure that giving it to someone that is very good at business and making our gift bitcoin more earnings.

And really 1 Bitcoin is a lot of money in my country.

If you are the person have been given by 1 bitcoin and if you dont have any idea on what it is then for sure questions in mind would really be there and those coins been given by someone would either be appreciated or not but i believe that you wont able to appreciate such thing because you didnt know on whats use of it but rather you would know that it has value and would end up on spending those money unwisely but well its a gift you can do anything that you like.

Well, if you ask me, knowing the fact that the bitcoin i have was just gifted to me by someone, I would invest it into various coins that i see great potential. Then i would leave a fraction of it to look for a better coin in the future so I can invest again. I would not waste the bitcoin by just holding it and waiting for its price to rise. And if i fail, then I don't care. I lose nothing. At least i did my best to put the gift into good use in trying to better my life. Life is about taking risks. And if you don't, then you won't get anywhere.

Im open for gifts. Anyone wanna gift me? Lol.

This is really a very huge gift, which not everyone can afford to buy. I consider this expensive gift to be used sensibly so as not to regret the wasted money.

for me 1 bitcoin is a very large amount and if I receive a one bitcoin gift from someone very unexpectedly, I will immediately sell half of it and half of it will I use for other purposes in crypto like investing and trading for example. but it would not be possible, seeing the very high bitcoin prices I think people not will give 1 bitcoin easily.

Bitcoin is a really a big deal for now. It's value is more than a 2000 dollar so the majority  of people could not afoot to have one. As a former of gift 1 bitcoin is a good thing to receive in the future hopping that it would achieve  further  development  on the future.

1 Bitcoin was too generous to give as a gift. If ever I would received that. I save it and wait till it reach to my desire value.

Although this highly highly unlikely to happen.  But hypothetically speaking, if it did happen, there is no way i would cash it out.  Actually having 1BTC is a major milestone IMHO, many have been toiling for years (myself included) to just about collect 1 whole bitcoin but it hasn't happened for various reasons.  The rate of bitcoin even at this moment is quite tempting to sell, but i think in the long run, it will rise even further therefore, I would most definitely hang on to the bitcoin as though my life depended on it lol.  My only other consideration would be to possibly use 10-15% to trade alt coins in an attempt to increase my holding of bitcoin or alt coins.

Two years ago i received 1.35 BTC as a gift from a friend who mined them in 2012 and it was a surprise for me receiving that big amount. i cashed 01 BTC out immediately and hold the rest till last year when i bought ethereum as a big oppurtinity. Now if i receive the same amount again i will surely hold it for may be years.. In few years from now, and as the bitcoin is still continuing it's progress in prosperity, every satoshi should have a great value. So do never cash out your bitcoin balance

I know that bitcoin will raise more than 5000$ and I believe in that, so, I would hold such present till bitcoin price would not raise to 10000$ as minimum!

If the prize is 10 BTC is very meaningful, but if too small may immediately sell it.
there is no other way but to sell it, there is no reason to hold it.

Rich people always wanted to double their investment or what they have.  Poor people always think what they wanted to have... and get ready to spend it... For me, to be rich, i have to think like rich people do... so i would love to invest it to double it... it is a make or breaks... life is a gamble... No guts no glory...

If someone will give me 1 bitcoin I will invest half of it and keep 1/4 and then cash out the rest. 1 bitcoin in my country is very big its 1/4 of million is its going to be a big help if someone will give me that kind of amount.
