why would my ip be banned...?
is that automatically done or what?
as am at work now and i have been able to view your site for past weeks...
The IP of your miner isn't banned but it seems that you cannot access the website from your current location but I need the IP to unban.

You may have been banned automatically on our side because we had to strengthen our ban policy because of a big DDoS for 2 days now.
We will adjust the ban policy to work better.

Hi,

same problem for me, I couldn't access the website, but my ftc miner (on same IP) was working fine.
I can't reply to your PM lucazane (1 PM by hour limit). Thank you for solving my problem quickly.

Can you check again,  your IP is part of a reported subnet hosting a lot of scan bot : http://www.mddcore.com/botnets.php 108.192.0.0/10
Oh, this limits in PM...

Now it is working. This range is just a regular address of AT&T network... Well, I hope letting me in will not harm your pool...

BAIKAL GIANT X10 Best practices :

  • Define one worker per miner
  • Use fixed diff. Ex : Username.workername_diffXXXXX

Recommended Difficulty per miner :

  • Groeslt : 4 or 8 --> Username.workername_diff8
  • Qubit : 4 or 8  --> Username.workername_diff8
  • Skein : Not tested

Post your result to help others find the best setting.

With the blocktime of DGB(15 sec), rejected shares of <5 % in average is ok.

Yes, Try to put _diff8192 or _diff16384 --> Username.workername_diff16384

Looking to set up x4 s9 on the pool. What are your estimations on daily dgb for 54 Th/s? Also, I tried using the stratum posted, but it said pool was dead. What did I do wrong? Do I need to put a difficulty? I am just using the antminer firmware to connect to pool. Please tell me what I need to enter in order to connect and start mining! Thank you!

Check the pool url : s1.theblocksfactory.com:9001
Check that the username on the antminer s9 match the Username.Worker on the worker page.

I have a lot of bad username in the pool log:
Exemple 1 :  miner try to connect with USERNAME but it must be USERNAME.WorkerName
Exemple 2 : Username.Miner but the username doesn't exist
Exemple 3 : A bitcoin address or a DGB address as username.

Ok, I am on the pool now at ~ 54 TH/s. My questions now are, about what is the expected reward? I.e. how many digibyte will I receive /TH/Day. According to whattomine.com, 54 TH should be pulling in about 7,400 DGB/day, yet my pool stats show around 2,500/day. Will this change the longer I am connected to the pool? Other miners @ 54 TH are mining about 5,500 DGB/day, which is still 1,900 less than whattomine.com projects. Do I need to set a higher difficulty to receive more reward? I am just trying to see if this is more profitable than mining other coins at the moment. I believe in the long-term value of Digibyte, but I also want to follow day-to-day profitability. Thanks

Same here, pool stats are way off from WTM, how is that?

edit: WTM is showing it as lagging.

Well, I had x4 S9 miners running around 52 TH/s on this pool this morning and only made around 375 DGB. This is grossly less than what was expected from whattomine.com

I am not sure if I was doing anything wrong, but I feel that this output is way too low. According to the pool statistics, I should be making around 86 DGB /TH/Day. This amounts to about 4,700 DGB per day, which is still far-removed from the 7,400 DGB estimated from whattomine.com. So, if you take the 375 I made over 3 hours on the pool @ 52 TH, that's around 3000 DGB a day, and there is no way I would mine at that profitability.   I would like to mine this coin, but cannot afford to do so when other coins are more profitable.

Is there anything that you would suggest to increase rewards per day? Or does this all sound normal?

Thanks
