The team does not have a lot of money to list on another exchange. We only can hope that one of exchange will list PRL itself.

The dev should have announced selling of 5 million tokens here too. This way people on the Telegram chat were notified, but people on this forum weren't. That's not right! Not everyone have Telegram or have time to read thousands of messages on the Telegram chat. I find forum thread more serious than Telegram chat so he should have post that info here too.

They are in debt to their bounty manager sylon which has 10 million prl for collateral.

They made an agreement with sylon as 4.5btc and they are trying to raise that amount.

Why I Like It:
PRL is the economic bridge between content publishers, content consumers, storage providers, and storage consumers. The platform provides a novel solution that helps website owners monetize content on their website using a secure decentralized data storage solution. Website visitors contribute a portion of their CPU and GPU power to enable users' files to be stored on a decentralized and anonymous ledger. In return, such users indirectly pay the website owners for maintaining the storage of their data.

Strong Value Investment Characteristics:
1.  Low Market Cap of $1.5M (with ample room to run)
2.  Skyrocketing Volume (volume has picked up massively since December 15th and continued to climb up until now with a huge spike in volume today)
3.  Solid Media Coverage (Shout outs in HuffPost and various other media publications)
4.  Strong community (Telegram group has over 2,800 members)

Other Notable Items:
1.  There is a fairly significant sell wall currently in place – I wouldn’t be overly alarmed. Their ICO didn’t raise nearly as much as they anticipated, so the dev has put in place a few massive sell blocks to generate more funds for PRL. Most notably, the use of proceeds will be focused on getting placed on additional exchanges, with 2-3 ready to go once listing fee is in place. At PRL’s current price (~$.05) and market cap (~$1.5M), this looks like a possible ED gem. It is more than worth the risk at this price point and has already doubled up since I bought in 3-4 days ago. I think this is a ride worth taking and would recommend hopping in prior to the coin getting listed elsewhere in the next few weeks (this is imminent, particularly with the dev team raising an extra ~$200-$300k for exactly this purpose in the last 24 hours). Yes this is definitely innovative unlike Electroneum that only drives the price hype due to hype. I'm looking a return of atleast 10x after the developments(For the meantime, i don't have the idea about their roadmap). I will try to be more active on this thread to watch this one out.

It´s impossible to say, but 50 cents seems a conservative predicition. Who knows, but 5-10€ per token I think is feasible given the max supply and the technology behind.

Since there are way less innovative projects that people are willing to pay 15 dollars or more for, it is like the comments above say, very difficult to predict anything.
