This is routine maintenance that's why they put it down to make deposit or withdraw but there is nothing wrong soon it will be back online. Mostly hitbtc don't announce this kind of events but it's familiar issue.

Hitbtc has real token not IOU so you can trade there but at the moment wallet of this token in under maintenance you have wait until it back to online.

However as you may imagine this involve business relationship thus we can not communicate while the negotiations are ongoing.

really good at your word, it's good PCL registered in hitbtc is there often do care so have to be patient if experiencing delay long enough i ever experience it without seeing announcement first.

CCO is not a public sale as dev explained about this into this phase only big companies will be able to buy this tokens and in the end all unsold tokens will burn after the final round of CCO. I hope price will grow after few days and nice investment could bring positive impact on the growth.

If large companies start investing in a project, then many investors will want to get this token into their portfolio. I agree with you that in the near future the PCL token may grow.

For what I know, CCO will be offered to companies and large institutions to offer it to their own employees. As I have understood it, they will have to buy in bulk. If they would be buying in bulk during the CCO, there would be a price action since it would involve large volumes. Even if they decide to buy from current exchanges such as HitBTC or IDEX, they would still have to buy in bulk to offer to their employees. When they buy in bulk, there would still be a price action. Hopefully the CCO would go well. Rest of the team in telegram are doing their best performance to accommodate community members questions.

right now i dont know how many PCL distributed but MAX supply is set to 20 billion so 1$ for PCL means 20 billion $ market cap that means PCL should reach Bitcoin Cash rank

Yes investors will also be able to buy on exchange.

But think about what happens with the market price if you buy millions of USD worth of tokens.

That would 100% pump the price to the moon.
