Should I invest now or wait a while?

this is a tricky question because, also for me, i'm splitted and confused  
Right now the price is keep rising (most probably due to the fork) so one half of me say to buy in order to get some more BTC Gold, the other half is saying to wait at the window and see what will happen after the fork (you might regret it).
Use your brain, for me BTC price will keep rising in the next months/years and i don't want to regret to have sold my dust just because i'm scared of the market.. remember that you invested what you were willing to lose, by that formula if you lose you are losing nothing

Well, in my thinking now you have been late, because if you see the history of bitcoin of this year, you have a lot chanced to invest your money in bitcoin and could buy it in a half price. But now if you still want to invest on bitcoin, then i see during the day some time bitcoin down and suddenly up then you should see the right price of down then buy it because now bitcoin will never come at $4000. So it is your choice if you wanna buy or not in its price.

There is no risk if you want to buy bitcoin right now. The price of bitcoin will increase more and more and you will be rich if you invest your money in this cryptocurrency.
To OP, the price is high, and it may drop anytime. Therefore, I believe that waiting a while will be the best option. However, if you want to collect extra bitcoin gold after the fork, buying bitcoin is never a bad idea. Bitcoin gold can give us extra credits

You should invest now on bitcoin. Do not wait. Cause you already know that bitcoin price is increasing. So why you wait more. If you wait then bitcoin price is more high. So if you want great and respectable profit then you should invest now on bitcoin. Bitcoin is now most uses crypto currency. So investing in bitcoin is very profitable. It has already been answered, but yes, you have to make your own desition about that, it is your money, not their, but if you are already decided to invest in bitcoins or just buy some altcoins, do it now before it is too late.
everybody knows that cryptos are only going up for now, and this is just what we are facing right now, so invest now before it makes a giant pump before the end of the year.

Maybe good factor to consider for you to decide is a limit on the price. Set how low do you want to buy the coin and once it reached that price grab it. just set a price not too far from the current trade price.

And once you bought the coin set a price if how high you want to sell it or just keep it for the next years.

You should invest now. if you wait a while. bitcoin prices will rise higher than current prices. And you will feel sad about why you should not buy bitcoin at this price

You are right when you say that now would be good moment for buying, but I think there would be even better moment in near future. As you said SegWit2x is comming, and with that maybe hard fork. Even if hard fork don't happen, that would be great time for buying Bitcoin. Price will fall and it will be lower than now, but that will not last long. Price will recover in no time.

In my opinion, the time to invest in bitcoin is now, Whether the price is high or not as long as you have the money to invest, i suggest that you do it quickly because the price may jump again and will  have to buy it a higher price and you would have missed some profits by stalling.

If you are thinking about the medium to long term, then this is the right time to invest. A lot of people are waiting for a major correction, since the past many months. The exchange ban from China gave them an opportunity to by coins at cheap rates, but if you remember then the dip was just around 30%, rather than the 50% to 60% which many people were expecting.

I would advise waiting until the  fork happens which I think is on the 26th. Probably a good idea to invest after you know how that affected bitcoin

Its good to earn more bitcoins than invest in buying it. The value may still increase more in November.  IF you still wish to invest, it needs more money to buy even a small amount of bitcoins. I am sure you will benefit a lot from it in November if you invest in btc now.
