Personally I go for a walk in the country / park and sit down and think out my issues. I also think how small and insignificant they are to some people who are suffering in horrific ways. It allows me to see perspective and think from multiple points of view.

I just take a full breath and stop what i'm doing because when you are anger the chance of doing unnecessary things is high and it might end in bad things like hurting yourself or someone within your range.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

As for me, I shut away the world by plugging in my earphones and listening to some upbeat, lively music. Those songs which can make you smile. Only a few moments and the anger will fade away. Other things I do is watch nigahiga's vids that I downloaded and just a few minutes, I'll be laughing so hard. Hehe. Wink

You get out of the place where you are angry and it is very important to calm your mind. You should always think you're better than them that you are matured enough not to argue or be mad about them

Shout your lungs out again and again, till you get tired. to release all the anger.
Then drink plenty of water.
for me just listen music and Cry out to the LORD and Pray then after that my anger was gone...

I do not want to be angry anymore .. because I do not want a mess and I do not want to hurt people because .. then I keep up the ball for losing your strees in my body and I can not remember that I'm angry.

I don't feel anger very often.. So I never even thought about ways to calm down. I guess music could help me.

Smash somethiing.
I know it sounds primitive.
But physical exercise + destructing something is a awfully good outlet for anger.
