Get a woman - that calms things down. Then she gets angry and you ask yourself why you did that in the first place.

of course it's not really that easy to stop yourself from being angry. What is important to note is that you don't act on it and just let time calm you down.

Normally I just start cleaning. It slowly distracts you, while at the same time it de clogs your environment.

I would recommend the opposite - stay single. When you're single there are less conflicts around you, you have more time for yourself, more freedom....

Simply try not to do something that you will regret. A lot of people end up doing things that can ruin relationship, send them to jail, etc.

Punching the wall with bare fists is a well known and ancient method to calm down. Wink

I just listen to a very loud music and sing along with it in a very loud voice.

anger causes stress on the muscles. I try to breathe as deep and much as possible in fresh air to calm down and relax the body muscles. Leaving the situation like going out to take a walk is also helps.

I open the type of person who calm easily when angry, I tend to destroy anything when angry. But my husband always calms me, he always says "remember the name of God when you are angry and read istigfar". He is the wisest person I have ever met

When I'm angry, I often take a deep breath and repeat it three times. If I'm not calm, I'll punch a strong blow to the wall. But if you are in direct confrontation with the person who made you angry, you will have to take another action. The most important thing is to keep calm in front of every situation, and despite any big or small problem, the first thing you need to do is to laugh loudly. It sounds ridiculous but it is the most effective way. good luck.

I leave the situation that makes me angry then eat or sleep. Sometimes, I listen to music.
Put my earphones on then listen to a classical music type.

right in the moment when the angry host it is very difficult to control, which but everything can be overcome;
1. realize that we must know that we are angry
2. we must know the symptoms of our anger
3. we must have to know anger symptoms emotionally
4. This is important for us to know by recognizing the pattern of behavior change Grin
