I shift my attention to something completely unrelated to the thing that's stressing me out or making me mad. I would perhaps watch some funny youtube vids or 9gag posts for a few minutes until the intense feeling wears off.

I can easily calm down my anger, if I start browsing internet. I just deflect my attention to other things.

Close my etes. Take a deep breath and count until my anger/emotion goes down. It is when i think wgain and decide if there is something ti decide.

Once I threw my phone upon a wall, but it wasn`t such a good idea though. Now just trying to go for a walk outside to refresh myself.

usually if I am going to blowout my anger and I just want to control it, I am breathing deeply and looking outside where I can see more colors of green.

I just sleep it over. It's way harder to handle it during daylight though. ;-)

When im mad or angry I just go to far and also go to a friend that will makes my anger loss and im happy I had a friend to lean on when im not in my self.

Do something with pets. If I have a pet, bathe or cut his nails. Or teach your pet a new trick to show to family members and friends.

i usually walk outside, and talk with a close family member that i could share everything with her
