Just breathe deep and try to look at yourself from outside, get some perspective. This way you understand that this is just a moment and if will pass and it's not something that important to get angry over.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

The best and only solution to solve anger when upset, is just to walk away.
Come back home when you are resolved of the anger

When I get angry and my emotions try to go play the game. In my game I get emotion and anger. There will be no other way than that.

not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, most people can not control when angry, both for me and others, there are some quick methods to get rid of anger in my opinion:
1. Bath
When bathing do not remember anymore about the anger to try a long shower about 15 minutes or 20 minutes.

2. Sleep
Sleep is one of the most appropriate ways to get rid of anger, but rarely encounter other angry people to go to sleep except me,because sleep all heal,
that's all and thank you.

Taking a deep breath is one thing to do but you need to do more than that to overcome your anger.
