Distract yourself. It works the best for me. I have anger issues and I hold on to things more than needed. But taking your mind off of what made you mad at the first place, helps you deal with the problem with a calmer mind. So when you're angry, just hit the pause button and go out and watch TV or read a book or do anything which can distract you.

Go outside for a walk. You can calm yourself and think more clearly by distancing yourself from the source of the problems that cause anger. It would be great if you could leave the room and enjoy the natural scenery Wink

This is the best way to calm down my angry I Go for a walk. Getting away from a situation that is causing you to feel angry can help you calm down and think things through. Getting outdoors and focusing on nature can be even more helpful. Taking a walk will help you burn off some of that negative energy instantly and can help you get away from the problem. If you're in the middle of a heated argument, there's nothing wrong with saying I'm going to go for a walk. I do what my dad taught me; take a deep breath and let it out gradual.  Do it a few times and it really works like a champ!

I will try to calm myself by taking a deep breath to calm the tension in the body and slow down the heart rate then walk around the environment. then I will need time to myself and avoid people, places and situations that make me feel angry.

without problems binge eating on some correct junk meals and Netflix. but a greater higher opportunity may be drinking some tea and reading a ebook.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.
I keep my self quite to handle my anger then I'm thinking good thoughts but sometimes expressing your anger give a better result because in expressing your anger make feel yourself better but sometimes you can't help hurting people in expressing your anger so its better to calm your self and forget what makes you angry and forgive someone who make you angry .
