How about this, everyone request refund from KNC, and once the number reaches 74 shares, I send my money directly to KNCMiner and KNCMiner deliver the miner to me at the original dates.

To reimburse to lose of investment in buy KNCminer using BTC, I can cover each share with 0.02BTC, which means, for the first 74 shares in this groupbuy and agree to pass the shares to me, you get your refund from KNCMiner plus 0.02BTC for each share from me once the KNCMiner is delivered to me. If KNCMiner fails to deliver the miner to me, I am not responsible to honor the 0.02BTC for each share.

This sounds good and all, but 0.02 BTC/share is a lot shorter of the amount we would be losing (which is approximately 20%).

To reimburse the 20% it would have to be around 0.1 BTC/share. Any thoughts on this?

I am available for selling my shares only if they are paid in at maximum a few days (say 2 or 3). Regarding the price, I just want what I paid and not the additional 0.02BTC (so 0.5 btc per share). Off course, once my shares are sold, I cannot guarantee that the miners are delivered in time or *at all*.

According to the current BTC price and the BTC price in the *declared* day of payment, I would lose about 25% of my original investement.

As you never provided us with a proof of the payments, as far as I am concerned, you paid the machine yesterday or *never*. That means you should be able to refund me fully, i.e. 6 BTC for 12 shares.

If you provide a proof. of the payment date (which I highly doubt), instead, I could even change my mind and wait for the miners to be delivered.

Chenchunyu, i'm only selling my shares to you for the original 0.5 btc per share, not the reduced amount plus  0.02 btc. You're getting a miner from a very good order time. It will be profitable as hell for you! Many people would pay a lot more for the queue place. You can just sell the miner when you got it in hand and will probably double your money... you're not getting it on discount now, you're supposed to pay the original price, which is still an awesome deal.

Think about it and tell me, otherwise tomorrow I'll just go on the normal refund list.

Idea: could KNC request that some people pay a relatively small amount to take the spots this group buy previously occupied in the queue? It'd make refunds a bit more fair. I find it unlikely that every order in the queue has already started production; if there are 11 Saturns or whatever it was that have been ordered but are not being manufactured, then that means they can just queue jump, which is honestly good for everyone.

Basically, KNC is going to make a few extra bucks by canceling this order, and everyone else will get a higher place in the queue, so why can't we get in on this win/win deal?
