This topic is about D3 not L3.
I guess blissz can not help because he does not own L3.
Some general suggestions: try to keep cold the device. Stop and clean all fans.
Try to reflash with original firmware and if nothing helps contact bitmain support.

i know that, but i hope that he can find the problem, because it's not so different code and maybe the same error codes. But i also think its a problem with temperature. But i can't do so much, because the miner is in a colocation.

Blissz
Here is my logfile.
Hope you can use it Wink

Thanks, seems like your unit doesn;t like the low voltage. Can you try the autotune at voltage setting 5?

Talk to people, okay?
I have 3 defective boards.

Can anyone tell me what name and value to put in the customs declaration to send back to BitMain?

I have this doubt, because the support does not answer me.

Blissz, can you tell us, how much is the "lowest" voltage setting? 1? Or how is it different from 1?

I can't tell the exact ASIC voltage as I never measured it. For the complete chain it's roughly like this:

lowest = 7.4v

13 = 8.2v

highest = 9.0v

Hi blissz

I was following the lowest setting from you with 25% fan. With this setting the chip temperature could reach around 90 degree and the board temperature around 80 degree. Is this temperature normal or not?

Thanks

Hi, it's really on the limit I would say. Try to decrease the voltage a bit more or increase the fan. I would advice to stay below 85 degrees chip temperature for 24/7 usage.

Hi thanks for your tips. Right Now my D3 run with 40% fan, Freq 400 and voltage at the "lowest" setting. The chip temperature are 84 85 and 87. Can I still decrease the voltage setting ? because I thought "lowest" is the lowest setting for  voltage.

My Antminer D3 consumes now only 670 watts with the lowest voltage at about 15 gh / s. That is a really good result .. Smiley ..

Thank you for your great work .. Cheesy ..

today was successfully generate qubit hash with D3 (not mining, only for compare with calculation with PC). so ASIC chip is bitmain's lie. of course, ASIC may be calc bitwise operations, but 100% not a full X11 algo.

Do you mean that we should be able to mine different algo's then? Thanks

I'm using the actual firmware version with the following settings:

Here is the actual profitabilty calculation for my scenario in Germany at power costs at 0,26 € per KW/h:

mate i would advice that get higher voltage your hw errors are really really high 106% that is really terrible result, i'm worried because i have 2-3% errors and that concerns me, it is recommended that you have lower then 1% of hw errors, and you have 106% i dont get how it even possible, you going to kill you miner get higher voltage

I will observe that, but see no need for action at the moment.

As you can see, the miner generates accepted packets.

I don't think that it's possible to kill hardware with underclocking .. Smiley ..
