On that note, blissz, can you confirm that you are redirecting mining pools for 90 seconds per hour?  Is that correct?
Thanks.

You can check the kernel log: it's actually 110 seconds and then two hours on your pools. So 1,5%

Unless there is something wrong with my miners but they would execute the api within minutes of booting up then the accepted shares stop increasing and 20 minutes later i still see no shares my pools dont show my miners anymore so the api for the dev fee is taking longer then 110 sec. Hashrate is fine 100%. Happens a few times ive never bothered waiting for the dev fee pool to finish mining. I ve changed settings up down and default it dont matter. It just stays on the fee pool for too long or fails to change back. Havent used miners consistently for awhile maybe it mines the dev fee longer when u dont run the miner for awhile. Its an awesome firmware but its not worth losing all that time not mining. Uninstalled the blizz firmware, works fine now.

Hello friend, tell me how to configure the solo mining on Antminer d3 (if the purse is local to me) I have already spent 3 days on it and I did not get it.

coin Monkey

I put your firmware but I need help. but no one can tell me what to do SOLO mining. Help me how to do it.

I don `t know to whom even I will turn for help, I really hope for you.

I made a bat file with the data:

Monkey-qt-v1.4.1 -server = 1 -daemon = 1 -rpcuser = Xuser -rpcpassword = Q123456789 -rpcallowip = 127.0.0.1 -rpcport = 8710

to run the coin in server mode (and I see through the browser that it requests an authorization window, then the server is working)

After I write the data in the .conf file

rpcuser = Xuser
rpcpassword = Q123456789
rpcallowip = 192.168.1.35
rpcallowip = 192.168.1. *
rpcport = 8710
daemon = 1
listen = 1
server = 1
addnode = 109.173.80.132: 8710
addnode = 114.235.119.175: 8710
addnode = 45.248.70.46: 8710
addnode = 113.0.32.178: 8710
addnode = 94.245.179.217: 8710
addnode = 58.248.148.234: 8710
addnode = 180.111.45.230: 8710
addnode = 180.172.235.111: 8710

The address of the computer on which the wallet is located 192.168.1.33
address of the Antminer d3 192.168.1.35

after I prescribe in the data

127.0.0.1:8710
login: Xuser
Password: Q123456789

and still writes POST.b] HELP ME PLS

Can I just say that this is the best thing to happen to the D3 since the D3 itself?  @Blissz any chance of an L3+ mod?  1.5% of L3+ profits will be more, just saying Cheesy

Dear All ,

I am really newbie and  first time using this after I found out something wrong with my D3 , I try to update the latest firmware from Bitmain it appear failed which showed (tar: invalid magic tar: short read)

Therefore I try to use the latest Blissz which appear that my mining also have some problem. My Pool #2 on Lst portion : never , #3 as well
For Chain #2 totally missing from the page and only remaining #1 & #3.

Earlier stage when I using original Bitman version , Chain #2 on asic are showing xxxx.xxx.xxx.xx

Any pro can save me here ?
Thanks and Appreciate

I hope I can post picture however I understand that only jr+ member only able to

You have 2 mistakes, the 1st is that you wrote rpcallowip = 127.0.0.1, this mean to your Wallet can only connect the Computer the Wallet is running on. but your D3 is a external Computer so he never get Access, to the Wallet, and then you wrote in the Config the correct line, don´t ask me what come 1st, Startparameter or Config.
IP 127.0.0.1 is only the Computer that you are running the Software like a Internal IP!
to connect you need the normal IP of your Computer x.x.x.33 and then login data
butthe 2nd mistake is that, the D3 use STRATUM protocol and the Wallet´s not support it! you can not mine direct Miner -> Wallet, you need something between them like a pool software or a Proxy.

Just wanted to thank you for this awesome firmware patch. I had lots of issues with the original firmware because I got lots of HW errors and the miners started randomly stall and reboot which was really annoying due to the full fan speed up each time. This always happened in the middle of the night and my neighbours were already complaining. I now save money with the lower power consumption and get way more uptime due to the advanced firmware. The 1.5 dev fee is well worth it I can get 20-30% better performance. One feature I would love for the future would be an automatic night/day mode where the frequency, voltage and fan speed changes accordingly to the time. So I can mine at a maximum profit during the day and at low noise during the night. THANKS!

One suggestion for the firmware.
Button/checkbox/timer something where i can tell mine 30 minutes or so for your now and then mine the rest of the
day for me without interrupting mining process.
Now its really bad for you and for me.
Each 2 hours it stops and mine for you. During this time you and me loose time until machine gets
fast new work.
So my suggestion is for an option to start mine for your part your minutes for 24 hours and then mine all the rest for
me. No stops until the next day.
May be some will have better suggestions ?

Has the Dev Fee been removed yet? I don't mind Paying a price for the firmware it works well, but to have my miners constantly give up hashing power on one site altogether is not ideal.

"Would it be possible to point only one hash board at the dev pool instead of redirecting the whole miner? Every time dev fee drops connection to my pool then reconnects the hash rate doesn't register properly"
Yes this is a problem for me too ! Sometimes it takes another minute or two until we have proper work.
I think its better to mine the dev fee for the whole day at once or at least we have an option for that.

Hi,

i have just tested your firmware. (v2.04 beta :: 22/12 :: test version)
On one D3 its running unbelievable good!
910W 18.500 MH/S

On the other D3 there was a lot of HWs and suddenly the 3rd chain is disappeared!?
(Voltage 3, Auto adjust)

Could you please help me? Im afraid that the d3 is dead...

Thanks and best regards

It can be that the low voltage is not working for one of the chains. Increase the voltage or flash back the stable Blissz version on that D3 from the topic start

A bit quiet from my side, but I have been busy on the background and I have some good news for you guys:

I managed to make the v2.0x beta a lot more stable. So hopefully I am able to have a stable 2.0x version soon. From there more features will be added for the D3.

Furthermore I bought a L3+ (mainly from the dev fee, so thank you all!) and I got some good news on that:
I was able to unlock the voltage on the L3+! Cool
As the L3+ got some headroom for overclocking a bit of overvolting can be useful for the first months. After that you probably want to undervolt it to save power as more L3's will come online. (my L3+ mines 500Mh/s @ ~680 watts from the wall now)
Please don't ask for a L3 test version yet, as it's not even close to Beta stage yet and it seems I bricked some of the chains during testing which I have to fix first.
But this is definitely a breakthrough for the L3, so there will be a first L3  beta version available within two weeks I guess.

Any possible opportunity or a plan to support other than X11 algorithm with D3 ? Is this a possible ask ?

 Shocked
This should be interesting! I'm helping a friend run their L3+'s (they have two) and we've been able to overclock them to 600~625 MH/s with basically no HW errors. If you can do the same with lower voltages, could definitely increase profitability of the L3's!

Awesome! I have an L3+ that is overclocking very well except for 1 board. Every time I see that board with lots of HW errors, holding me back from overclocking further, I wish I had the per-board settings I have in the D3 thanks to your firmware.

Side note: It's sad some greedy people keep complaining about the small dev fee. How can't they see that developers deserve it, and individually we pay peanuts for it.

LOL, it's cool you asked, but this question has been asked so many times before.  Yes it's possible, but from past conversations the firmware on the D3's makes it not possible to do so.
