I think the most devastating thing that can happen to a bitcoin holder is having that many bitcoin in their wallet but it all amounts to nothing. It will be very frustrating to think that all of that money could have amounted to large amount of money instead it is just lying there and you cannot use it to buy anything

Major fears as a bitcoin holder may be following:

Hacking of account by some hackers. 
Steep fall in bitcoin prices. 
Dependent's access to the account impossible after death of the holder because of password issue; i.e. in case the password is not known to the dependents and the holder dies; then the investment value will go down to zero because the dependents will not be able to draw a single penny out of the account, so the there must be some alternate secure way to keep the password safe and secure in the way which is accessible after the death of the holder e.g. the hard copy of password may be kept in Bank's locker nomination of which is registered in favour of nominees (dependents) who will be having access to the locker after the death of the holder and they must be made aware about the keeping of the password in the locker so that they may use it and face no trouble.

I think no valuation guarantee.Since there is no central authority governing Bitcoins, no one can guarantee its minimum valuation. If a large group of merchants decide to “dump” Bitcoins and leave the system, its valuation will decrease greatly which will immensely hurt users who have a large amount of wealth invested in Bitcoins.
