Totally agree, the crypto space is in dire need of sec regulations and implementation of some rules that protect investors when the ico owners fail to meet expectations or could not execute the project,

Once there are proper regulations, ico's are subjected to proper scrutiny, scam project are been brought to justice for misappropriation of public funds, only then will there be confidence in investors and mainstream institutions. It is never easy to lose money.
This project totally lack vision to execute such huge amount of money realized effectively. Too bad.

Just when SEC regulations will implement some rules to protect investors, there will be really one good market for crypto space investments without being stolen. By the way 700 investors joined that channel which is huge number. yes there should be a source of that info abut refunds
well one of them i talked about refund and he was investor of envion ICO but he invested in envion ico with credit card and he claims that he gets refunds its envion investment. i don't know that he was lying or was speaking true.
credit card investors could tell us about the truth that envion refunds ther investments or not

If you will only read a small part of the post about the Envion project in this forum, you will find that the way they approached the project in relation to investors and the supporter community are typical scamers. Besides all that one of the developers stole from tokens selling is a clear fact about them and their intentions. The fact that they are being sent to justice about this project is obvious about problems against the law. Good luck.

After loosing money once people should be very very careful with any kind of claim of helping you refund without public releases. If there is anything going on they should make it public not keep it in telegram. When case was still in court how anyone can help investors to get their money back. I have not looked inside the channel but it doesn't sound good at large the way is being promoted.

Well, situation is developing. Scammers are using another scam project. I couldn't expect nothing else from this thread. Beesides I don't believe in any positive solutions of this problem with envion scam project.
