I don't understand why these refunding announcements are coming out when case is in court and there is decision for refund yet, as far as I know. Even if there will be ordered to refund limited number of people are going to claim it be sure of this. This refunding topic is being kept alive artificially and hard reality is investors have lost money for good.

envion raised 100 million in the ICO excluding underground and unofficially sold tokens to investors
refunding should be done in a proper way to those lost money by investing in envion
refund should not for the limited number of people.
distribution of refund should be first for those who still holding envion token from its ICO time.

Actually the Pre ico and ICO are separate and was not known to the ICO investors that there was a pre-ico the funds remaining in lockdown are the ICO funds not the Pre-ico funds that where spend on marketing and other stuff so imo the Pre-ICO investors have no claim to those funds.

These kind of cases take literally years to solve it or reach that point where everyone i " satisfied " with their outcome. Envion is finished, now it's just a mater of investors get their money back, as simple as that.
One thing to consider great & make investor (the ones who paid with CC or anything that can be proven) optimistic is that is based in Switzerland, anyone else that paid with crypto can say good bye to his investment.

because project is dead without delivering anything. now nothing left. but investors refunds requests only. envion raised huge money in ICO but all are in vain. better leave envion and look forward for better working project with good team members

I think you worked for envion project as a bounty hunter, in my opinion over whelming members were join envion bounty.
All bounty hunters really worked hard for envion, spread the word but they all got nothing because ceo caught in fraud.
Now i don't think so hunters will get any reward but investors who invested during ico, maybe they get money back from envion. Long procedure!

Of course, we are bothering much about the bounty hunters but what about the investors who invested money Envion project. Till now, they didn't get any refund for their investment and as well as coins, most probably we have to consider this as a scam.

Here you have lot to learn that what investors are thinking about its future in regard of refunding. It was another expensive experiment for some investors. All new projects should distribute the coins for free as it was for bitcoins in 2009 and how it was for many other successful projects that didn't need money to get started

Patient? For what exactly? If you bought from the ico with a credit card then you can wait for refund, sure...

If you bought the ico with the crypto, then you are in the yobit level of shit and your bag value is next to zero.
Even if you get the refund they won't refund it fully, and it will probably happen with the worst possible fiat/crypto conversion ratio.

If you bought from exchanges, i can't see any reason for you to have anything if there indeed has been unlawful release of the tokens. And when are you getting refund?
Could be 30 years for all we know so good luck with that.

Many people are frustrated about this Envion project because they managed to collect more than 100 million during their TGE, which seems to be very prominent and after that they failed to reach their desired roadmap with the legal isssues. Till now, they didn't comup with any solution for the investors and it is very bad to know that.

The reality is that all these people involved in returning funds and all involved instances will take a significant amount of the money as a payout.

Additionally, the price of cryptocurrencies is different today and if they still hold crypto then this is a significant loss too.

I hope that liquidator already has all funds in his possession and everything adds up because if not then this is possible that some funds will be missing in the end too.
