So, having denom of .001 is what prevents it from participating in exec bankroll not being in the TITHE address?

To put it more professionally, POG bankroll denominations are identified by a .001 suffix.

PODC updates and 'exec bankroll' will not spend POG bankroll denominations.

Correct, the 'Tithe' address label does nothing special.  (It's primarily used to identify you in the pogpool - without creating new addresses - secondarily to send bankroll denoms to yourself in exec bankroll - now thirdly to send tithe pog-denominated change (as soon as the next feature is finished)).

Now that we made it through the cutover block we are basically waiting for 103340 to see how low diff has dropped and that no illegal tithes exist between 103176 and 103340.

Your balance should not be incorrect at c-cex.  I was on skype with him after he resynced both times.  Please, enter a ticket for specific txid.

I don't buy it- something is wrong - maybe you deposited bbp mined on a fork?  Not sure, but I Know he re-synced and adjusted all BBP balances based on the main chain.

Problem is that I deposit and withdraw during forks. I have created ticket with transactions ids. Unfortunately some of them are not on correct chain

Any not on the correct chain should be back in your wallet on the proper chain,   since the tx never "occurred"

They have limits for delisting. Limit does not apply for BBP. After delisting is triggered there is no turning back anymore.
During "vacation" they lost all LTC and DOGE because of bug. Those balances are on hold.
There is now volume as people are transferring fund from there.
There has been multiple 51 % hacks on coins listed there too.

Sounds literally like a one-person operation. You can't run an exchange like that.

ad c-cex, i checked ant they are delisting everything except btc, usd, grc and bbp it is crazy
and about withdrawing, you can try withdraw 1bbp if you are not sure if it works. and then full amount

EDIT: i did withdrawal now from c-cex, all ok
