I think it was very disappointed you expect something in their first rule but immediately it will change.But for now I am not expriencing that cases in bounty campaigns I joined.Maybe manager campaign have any circumtances that can be change in his rule and be patient and understanding the manager could be possible happens.

some managers quite professionally work in this field of activity and do not depart from the company's icon icon rules, and some start to add new conditions at their own discretion.

Well it depends ... Normally, in the campaigns that I have participated, conditions haven't changed significantly. Of course, the change of rules that bothers me the most is when they demand the KYC verification at the end.

The last campaign that has modified the rules or hasn't been clear in the reward has been IDEX, in my case. It has been a joke. They have changed the reward coin at will (the ICO had two tokens) and of course the bounty hunters have lost out, the project has not.

I feel helpless because they can do whatever they want.

don't worry too much with such circumstances it is a common thing because the dev and Manager jobs not only take care of the bounty that we follow, they also have other similar activities like us.as long as the stake us out and calculated as a token then be used as a bonus we do not have to worry too much to the state in which the manager's too late in the job

As a general rule it doesn't bother me that the conditions of the campaign change as long as it's a minor change or that it's justified. But it does bother me a lot that they change the rules once the campaign is over and our work is done, because in that case they are cheating us.

At first they do set out big allocations to lure in bounty hunters to participate on such marketing to their project.Changes can really be made but should really be on appropriate way either they would announce half-way so that bounty participants do still have time to get out if they do find out that offer isnt already appealing for them but most likely change in bounty rules do happen after the ICO.

things like this should not deserve to do this just the same, with an early break the rules that already is defined. If there is indeed a change at least there should be a notice and not a decision of one party only.
