Subject of "Please help for my NXT coin deposit urgently!"
Issued in October 31, 2017


Waited already 28 days now, posted a dozens of documents including ID, selfie, transaction screencopy etc. And wrote a dozens of explanations, reminders..... Firstly assign to Awais, then redirected to Anne. Nothing practically answered or solved yet.

I have my own account verified into Enhanced account a long ago , so I don't have such usual problem..  But I missed to wrote Message during my NXT tokens deposit into Bittrex. And this support never been replied and helped yet, I am getting worried this might be swallowed by Bittrex if they want.....


Count me into the List of "BITTREX_LIST_OTHER_ISSUESBITTREX_LIST_OTHER_ISSUES" please. @GNUtrex

#521028  enchanced verification issue - "Your identification could not be processed", the support keep silince

I would be fully satisfied with basic verification but got "No public record match". What sources do they check for public records? Reddit or facebook account?

This is so ridiculous

     ​My account have been blocked at 21/10/2017 because I should have to pass enhanced verification. I added all necessary documents to pass enhanced verification in ticket #331557 in Bittrex support . They answered me 27/10/2017, that my account has been re-enabled and my application for an enhanced account has been approved. But my account still disabled, and on Bittrex web-site they write: "YOUR ACCOUNT CANNOT BE AUTOMATICALLY ENABLED AT THIS TIME". 
     I opened a new ticket #362643 with the subject "Account Disabled" and described in detail the essence of my problem. But this problem continues to this day. On my e-mail only periodically I receive a letter from Bittrex support of the following content: "Your account is under review and we will contact you when the review is completed. Please do not open duplicate tickets, as this will not lead to a faster resolution."
     I appeal to the support staff of Bittrex and to the founder of Bittrex Rami Kawach @ramikawach : please re-enable my account!!! MY TICKET #362643.
