There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

important to all people with name mismatch

Hey,

im wondering all the time, why my name is after the basic verification JOHHAES, because my name ist JOHANNES and i dont think that I wrote it wrong!

is it anybody else, with that problem?

How i change the basic verification?

the support acts as if it does not understand me.

Please help my account is now verified but it won't let me create new wallets,  I'm missing out on all the trading opportunities.

My account seems to have been half verified. If I go into to settings it says my account is verified but if I go into wallets it says account_not_verified when I go to generate a new address. I created a few wallets when I created the account when I was unverified ltc, btc, xrp etc but can't create any more.

I dare not use my account or try to with draw funds as I'm unsure what will happen next. Please help...

Today they said that on my photo is not supported document (after 1 week of waiting), and on a page of enhanced verification appeared a button to re-upload docs. I have re-uploaded them, and now it's "being processed" again. My ticket number #645878 (verification issue), please add me in list
Actually the same situation: 7 days of waiting and and as a result my document is not supported, ill try my driver license this time(

This exchange is showing all the colors of an elaborate scam and it is manned by scammers. Verified or unverified, accounts are locked and trades are blocked. People should stop sending coins to their hot wallets. Stop feeding them more coins.

Complaints are ignored and nobody knows how to reach them to resolve all these open tickets. Their Nevada address seems to be a mail drop address. Where exactly are their brick and mortar offices? Amazing how exchanges can gain the trust of thousands despite having no verifiable physical offices, phone numbers, management and staff names, operational audit trails..

This is a nightmare. They don't give updates. They keep their customers in the dark and their entire user base is given the silent treatment.

Well, I think they should not at least allow deposits without verified account (for new accounts, that cannot withdraw anything without verified account). So if you have new account, you wouldn't be stuck in this really bad situation where you just wait and hope for the best.

I got verified within a day without the 2fa trick today, any chance they are actually resolving stuff? Anyways just happy to get some alt coins again.

You get verified fast if you dont have problem like name mismatch. Then it takes//well I dont know how long it takes, havent been verified yet...

I think Bittrex want people to keep depositing, then lock up their funds with this verification scam.

Other exchanges in the US under the same AML/KYC still allow limited unverified withdrawals, eg. Poloniex.
Bittrex are up to something, and it smells of no good.

Since, they respond to 2fa remove request in matter of hours their support clearly works. They just dont want to verify accounts. The reason for this is unknown but cant be good...

Like thousands of people. They did respond to like 6-7 people and solved their tickets, randomly it seems but not much more happened so it's pretty much useless to contact them there although they did say they would hire more people to help with their support team.
