I was finally verified using the ''2fa'' trick, it seems that they were not scamming after all. Good luck to everyone else, you will get verified eventually but you can still use the trick.

Bittrex is lucky that prices have been rising. If prices fall and people lose money in the locked/disabled accounts, we are waiting to sue them class action for all they are worth. So don't worry, we lawyers are waiting to get a cut of this pie and will emerge from the woodworks.

 I want to thank you very much for this helpful thread. I had a problem and I did not have a verified account. I followed the whole procedure and the matter was resolved by bittrex support in 3 hours. I've had a verification problem for 3 weeks. When they call you, be patient and ask for help as it is written in the OP in the procedure. Thank you again.
