What exactly is the 2FA trick?  Just to request/disable your current 2fa, and then...   

I recently sent all document in order to obtain "enhanced verification", and received the name mismatch error, due to not originally listing that I am the "II", back in the day when doing the Basic verify

 I totally get that they must be totally backlogged, and the inherent delays. But am now in a position to start trading with lager amounts, and really hate just sitting here with my hands tied, for what may be weeks or months?
