Hi Punin Can you post information about new version H-board and M-Board ? From reddit Dave post: "A re-designed M-board provides a more standard PCIe type card slot, eliminating the chance that cards could be slotted in backwards. This does mean the H-cards are also re-designed to accommodate this new edge slot. Those of you who ordered extra H-cards will receive V1 style H-boards of course! Another exciting change is that we've added a trim pot that you can use to adjust the voltage on your H-cards. That's right - new H-cards come out of the box ready to overclock!" http://redd.it/1nu0ey I would assume that is for mbp customers only for now. Reason being is I have heard of V2 h-boards being put in the wrong way which wouldnt be possible with a redesigned card and slot. Punin, where are you up to in the orders?

We're a bit split up now as some large 400GH rig orders take time to build. But we've pretty much finished with 500's and doing 600's and 700's this week.

Regarding new model with PCIe slot. I've not seen, touched, smelled nor tested this board yet, so I don't want to start advertising. Most likely we will have them available for immediate delivery later this month, but I want to test them first. I expect the prices to be significantly lower than current models.

D'oh, I guess I'm included in that trouble maker group then. But we've pretty much finished with 500's and doing 600's and 700's this week.
I hope I get my order in time for my bday then lol. Hmm I wonder if I can bribe punin to make this happen

Hi punin, Could you sell me 16 chips? Shipping to EU.
Just place order on the site and I will ship them tomorrow. Do you sell a smaller amount of chips (16, 32,48 ..) with price less than 80 eu for the chip? I expect the price about 20-30 $ for the chip. Or this price is valid only for 3k reel? I'm also interested. And I bet there are a lot of people missing the 10-chip option (which used to be $25/chip when the 3000-reel was $20/chip). And if 10-chip option is too much pain then 50 or 100-chip option would probably do as well. The 1BTC/chip price is just insane at this moment. Punin - any updates to chip pricing? (including "cut-tape" 1/10/50/100-chip options if available) I think a lot of people would appreciate any advance notice of what the "November Delivery" prices will be. (And by "advance notice" I mean by more than just a few days - ideally at least a few weeks, but the more time the better) I want to know if it would make sense to try and do another design for the November chips or if we're done with Bitfury chips and they go with Avalon-Gen1 in the archives.

Hi punin, did you encounter dead chips and/or soldering defects on october h-boards? Are full kits made up of more than one m-board and more than 16 h-boards as it happened in august? thanks. spiccioli

October units have a bit higher voltage, so we're able to ship them as 1M+16H. This requires cooling and full units receive fans with them. Full units have also been prebuild, cardswapped and tested to do 400GH or more. Manual tweaking (best.cnf) is however required for sustaining hash-rates of 400-500GH. For separate H-board orders we just test the cards individually and send them out. Getting a full rig built from them definitely requires more tweaking than full rigs. (Hence the lower price).

@punin
Ordering a full kit (october delivery) will indeed give me the hardware in hand still in October? Or is this already November delivery?

+1 for smaller amounts (50/100) options.

They're closed for ordering the kits now.

Order 220 just received. The august delivery promise was kept, but it was a close call. Got a starter kit with two H-boards, which greatly overdelivers the promised hashrate. The unit is hashing at around 40GH/s (+-3GH/s). Setup was really easy with the simple web interface, I just input my pools there and restarted the miner.
I'd like to invite everyone who is going to receive a unit to use a small pool and/or p2pool if the miner inside the unit can work with it. There are several small pools, pools with less than 50 TH/s of capacity, which should/need to grow to be able to balance the one or two mega-pools available. This is for the health of the bitcoin network, most of all, and given that BitFury is delivering several TH/s of hashing power this is a good moment for this call to arms spiccioli Could someone please provide step-by-step instructions on how to configure chainminer to run as a p2pool configuration?? I'm surprised almost nobody has documented that well enough on what needs to be done the rPi side. I think I'm somewhat clear (although not 100% sure) on what software/steps that needs to run on my PC/host but I read somewhere that some chainminer files need to be updated on the rPi side. I'd highly appreciate it.

@punin, when will your site open for ordering again ? and regarding the auction for the reel if I bet on that reel and win, can you assemble it for me instead of sending it out ? lets say around 11x full kit and I would pay for the production ? I wanted to bid then I was thinking what am I going to do with 3000 chip.....

Punin, would you be prepared to assemble units for the person who wins the reel? Obviously they would have to pay for production costs.
